This place doesn’t fail to disappoint . I keep going back here due to lack of options in milton and every time there is a new disappointment .
I got lamb biryani today’s check out the photo. Who stuffs so much Masala in a box. There is absolutely no rice , all I see is this soggy masala . Is this what an expensive Lamb biryani is supposed to be ?
Who are these people sitting inside the kitchen filling these boxes ? They need to be trained to be respectful of customers money and have some basic sense of what biryani is supposed to mean and how it’s supposed to be served . Not lump multiple spoons of masala in a single box

We’ve been regular customers at Silver Spoon in Milton and have had many positive experiences in the past, which makes this visit especially disappointing.
We ordered our usual items: Chicken Biryani, Palak Paneer, and two orders of Chicken Kabobs. While the biryani and palak paneer were fine, the chicken kabobs were badly burned (photo attached).
We called the restaurant to let them know about the issue. Unfortunately, the person we spoke to was incredibly rude, offered to refund only one order of kabobs even though both were burned, and then abruptly hung up on us while we were still speaking.
Being hung up on and treated this way as a loyal customer was shocking and extremely unprofessional. Mistakes happen, but poor customer service like this is unacceptable. This experience has seriously changed how we feel about returning.

I wasn’t going to leave a Google review until the food made my friend and I sick. I’ve frequented the location in Pickering with no complaints or issues for about 2 years.
The first time here, I requested for the the Veal and Chicken biryanis to be packaged fresh from the kitchen as I didn’t want the prepackaged biryanis sitting at the front. Honestly I’ve never had an experience where staff would not complete my request. As I don’t know how long the foods been packed for, etc.
The staff wasn’t disrespectful but I felt uncomfortable taking the prepacked biryanis to begin with, and here I am with a not so positive review.
Hopefully this serves as a learning experience for the staff. Don’t pre pack biryanis!

Today, I visited Silver Spoon Milton to get some food and ordered Chicken Seekh Kebab and Angara Chicken. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The Chicken Seekh Kebab was completely raw and had an unusual color, while the Angara Chicken was served cold — almost at room temperature.
I commute to work in Milton but live in Kitchener, so by the time I opened my food in the car and got on Highway 401, I realized it was not fit to eat. It’s really disappointing to receive such poor-quality food after a long workday. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better food preparation and quality control in the future.

We went to the Silver Spoon Milton location with high hopes, since we’ve been loyal customers of Silver Spoon Brampton for almost 10 years. Unfortunately, this was by far the most disappointing restaurant experience we’ve ever had.
• Chicken Biryani: Absolutely horrible. They called it biryani, but it was nothing more than lumps of plain, sticky white rice. It wasn’t even mixed properly, felt more like khichdi. No masala, no flavor, no spice (even after we specifically asked for extra spicy). It tasted like rice boiled in salt water with bland chicken pieces thrown in.
• Fish Pakoras: Completely burnt, bitter, and overloaded with salt. They were inedible.
• Service: Both in person and over the phone, the service was terrible. When I called to give feedback, the staff showed no professionalism or courtesy.
This restaurant is an embarrassment to the Silver Spoon name. The food, the service, everything was beyond horrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place even if the food was offered for free.
We will never return, and I strongly advise others not to waste their money or time here.

With Silver spoon, this is a perfect example of how just selling good food doesn’t guarantees a visit, atleast wont guarantee a visit from me.. atleast in near future..
Impoliteness, Not ready to hear out the customer, trying to use shady practice of tricking people into buying more food, some of the things that dont have me crazy about visiting that place any time soon.
Thanks for feeding us with delicious food, but hope you are able to have better, polite and less disrespectful staff at your billing, who’s sole motive is not to ensure everything’s gets sold out at customers expense, but being better at communicating with respect.
