Same as the former with better service. Wish they had a coffee cup with more than one swig capacity!! Or put a carafe on the table, it was about like warm as well. The omelet was “OK”, the “green salsa” is a puree’, not overly hot, the star is the sourdough toast!! Otherwise pretty average fare. Wait staff was effective, all business, but no smiles or greetings……

We’ve eaten breakfast there many times and it’s never been bad!! I think basically they have the same menu as waffles and more but with Mexican added on! We love going there every body is nice and wonderful service and I love they are open in the evenings!! Becuz the choices in central city such either quick food or food you can’t afford to go eat! Very very happy it’s reopened!! So good luck to Rico’s!!

Weird place. heard it was Mexican but it’s really not. Went there to try because someone told a member of our party it was good. It was not. Figured they’d have margaritas but they said they were still working on liquor license. Ok fine. Also not really a Mexican establishment, I guess? Not sure what kind of restaurant it’s trying to be. Carne asada was tough and not just tough but a weird texture. I think it’s the first time I ever actually sent a meal back. I was afraid it was going to fly off the table while trying to cut it.

All the food that I’ve had is really good. I would recommend the chicken fried steak with the eggs and toast it’s really good. The service is good also.
