09/1/2025 After I struggled a little bit with my order, an older lady with grey hair and glasses said that she had “better things to do” and that i needed to hurry up. I spent about 5 minutes total with being in the store. I will not be coming back to this location, due to this lady being so rude. I was not taking a disrespectful amount of time , and im sorry if she felt that way. I was viewing the toppings and again, i spent about 5 minutes total in the store. So rude. I will be telling others to not visit this location as well.

There is usually only one employee…they manage online orders and in store . First thing said when I came in was, “sorry, going to be a minute, have 4 ahead of you”. So make sure you are extra time to wait, watched this one employee make 5 sandwiches while I waited 20 min. 8n store customers should take priority. If they need to hire more help for online orders they should do so.

Food is decent, but the service is garbage. We went in today, had a gentleman come back from his break/lunch, did not wash his hands, then put on gloves and made our sandwiches. We also learned they no longer carry mozzarella, and “have not for a long time.” Please teach your employees proper hygiene. No one wants to eat a sandwich that someone else’s germs are on.

Every time im in this store around lunch on the weekend they only have 1 person working. I just stood there for 30 minutes waiting on online orders to be made. While I waited I watched 8-10 people walk back out. The owner needs to realize that the 8-10 people that walked out would easily pay for more help! Very poor management here!

There is a girl with purple hair who messed up our entire order for a SECOND time! She made us wait forever after ordering online and gave my stuff to the wrong person, I had to correct her out loud because the other guy was confused as to why he had so much food added in his order. Then she asked him to open the sandwiches and check if they were right ones ( she didn’t even know what orders were which). Then she forgot to give half my order before I had to remind her. Then she proceeded to get the entire order wrong. One of the mistakes was, I ordered a large salad with grilled chicken and extra cheese. Guess what she gave me? One scoop of lettuce, NO chicken, no cheese. SECOND time she’s done there. She’s totally taken out any professionalism from this place. The other people that used to work there would get the order right and get it done fast, but this worker has completely slowed the entire place down. She needs to be fired ASAP. I’m not coming back to this place.

Made my sandwich was perfect she took extra care to make sure meat was hot (always cold usually)
She was personable and friendly made good conversation! I don’t remember you name but thank you! The service industry needs more people like you! Subway is lucky to have such a good/hardworking employee!

The purple haired girl was very agitated and didn’t even welcome us with a greeting nor a smile. I asked for a turkey avocado sandwich and she proceeded to give me a chicken and provolone sandwich without avocado before she even informed me that I couldn’t have what I asked for because it’s “not recommended.” Very unhappy with my experience and will be going to the Walmart subway from now on instead.

I called in 10 subs and asked them to make them all different. They were done quickly, labeled them all, packed lots of knives and napkins for me and even got me in a coupon I didn’t even ask for. They went the extra mile and were very kind.

For the love of God, find another subway. I told the girl, we will call her tatto face, you can guess why, that I wanted a foot long. She got that right. I asked if they had roast beef back yet, then told here that I wanted a cold cut trio with double meat. She starts stacking the beef on……then the cold cut meat, I won’t even tell you what a mess she made of that. I have never worked at subway, but I promise a trained chimp could have made a better sub. Avoid this location at all costs.
