Buyer beware. Stopped at this location on road trip traveling home. Walked up and saw no one in the kitchen or at counter; after waiting 5 mins for service I used the kiosk to order. Immediately I noticed the posted display board has different prices for the same items available on the kiosk (small amounts like from $.20+ difference in items with no indication of why e.g., service fee etc). I ordered a whopper jr sandwich only + spicy chicken fries, then snapped a few photos to record the prices.
Shortly after ordering I approached the employee who finally showed up to help a customer paying in cash. Her response to the difference/overcharge of $1.50 was a shoulder shrug and oh I guess we didnt update the boards. Not trying to nickel and dime, but it’s NOT OK to basically steal from people (siphoning off a few $ at a time) – terrible practice and service. Ultimately they gave me $.20 back and didn’t bother adjusting the $1.40 difference for my spicy chicken fries vs regular chicken fries.
Overall the food was fine temperature and taste wise but terrible service, slopped together sandwich and fraud practices make this a place to skip.

Went to break? Be back in 20 mins been waiting for 30 mins since I had to take my DOT 30 min break here anyway. Love the handwritten notes to please don’t place orders find it hilarious that this screams I don’t want to do work. Since when are employees allowed to make a create there own signs? Do better BK

Prices are different from other locations. They double charged for the chicken nuggets. This location is fraud, may be their management wants to make extra money by increasing the prices. Ended up paying extra $10 for 24 pcs of nuggets. Thought it’s price increase by the brand itself but no other locations have different prices. Don’t waste your money at this location rather try spending your money somewhere else.

Sam and this younger crew of kids working here need a raise absolutely amazing atmosphere and the customer service is above and beyond. This is a prime example of how a business should run these young people keep my faith in the future. We need more young ladies and gentlemen just like this hired and working around the country.
