Ordered food online. Got there to pick it up at the start of my pickup window. They first handed me someone else’s food and then said they never got my order. I contacted the site I ordered it from (editing to add: EatStreet, who also suck, don’t use them for anything) to cancel, and they told me the restaurant refused to let them cancel it because they had already prepared the food.

I recently visited Bombay Grill on Lake City Way, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! After a long night, we were craving some good food, and luckily, this place stays open late. We decided to give it a shot, and I’m so glad we did! We ordered the Butter Chicken, Lamb Tikka Masala, Chicken Biryani, Veggie Samosa, and Garlic Naan. Every single dish was mouthwatering and packed with authentic Indian flavors. The Butter Chicken was creamy and flavorful, while the Lamb Tikka Masala had just the right amount of spice. The Chicken Biryani was perfectly seasoned, and the Veggie Samosas were crispy and delicious. The Garlic Naan was the perfect side to complement all the dishes. We will definitely be back to try more items from their menu. Highly recommend!

Delivery was tooo late…. Prawns curry had no prawns in it…. Not a single one… chaat item was stale and had a bad taste… at least chicken curry and nans were okay, so we were able to eat something … Refund for bad items was processed so no issue cost wise but Restaurent needs to pay “some” attention to orders and the quality…

Was feeling adventurous and decided to try out a new place to eat, thought this might be an interesting hole in the wall kind of place. Ordering was interesting. Apparently the place is cash only. Was very disappointed when I got home and my chicken tikka masala didn’t come with rice and the Naan tasted like a cracker.

Upon seeing a wait time of TWO HOURS, we called to have the order canceled. Whoever answered not only outright refused but didn’t even let us get a word in. We finally relented, as he told us the food was already made. An hour and half later, our food arrives: Drinks missing. Naan burned – and I mean that I still have the char aftertaste – and also poorly packaged. And we were most certainly missing other items we ordered.
Nearly $100 wasted and for what? Poor service, poor quality, poor packaging, and an overall disappointment. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT.

STAY AWAY! Ordered two pizzas to go. After a long wait, they tried telling me multiple times I ordered only one. Had to show them the receipts…. While waiting they were trying to upsell a homeless woman…. All she wanted was a small cheese pizza and they tried to get her to order a large specialty pizza. Disgusting.
