We got two of the new meat and three, they forgot fries on both meals. Workers are always nice but it seems they need better management or supervision as it’s always something when I come up to eat and takes longer than it should to place an order. Like I said the staff was very polite but they need to do a better job of double checking to make sure customers are getting everything they ordered.

Food is fresh and hot, but it seems you always have a wait for someone to take your order at the counter, and that person is not happy about it, like customers are burden. We have been twice in the last week cause the fish sandwiches are back, thank goodness for the ad(no signs in the restaurant or menu)
1st visit, the cashier was sick and ready to pass out and this is who you have greeting folks, she had to stop twice and walk away, 2nd visit, different cashier had to finish from the back and then hang a deodorizer in the bathroom before taking our order, and you wonder why it’s not busy in the restaurant.

Literally sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting for my food only to get half the order wrong and undercooked food. Seems the be the norm for colerain now tho.

I ordered the $6 9 piece hot/honey boneless wings with fries and 2 jalapeno roast beef sliders. Restaurant was clean. Counter employee on phone when arrived but did not effect the speed of service receiving my food. Sliders, fries, and boneless wings exceeded my expectations. Fries were crisp and almost hot. Hot honey wings were warm with a slow spicy sweet burn. Sandwiches were warm as well. Btw i would not plan on ordering the hot honey wings if you are planning to eat in car while driving they are SAUCEY. Who doesnt love their horsey sauce?

This place is a joke I go to order my food how the way a manager told me to when I come through So I do a classic with cheese they don’t have that so you have to add cheese so manager told me one day to order a beef and cheddar witch is on a onion bun sub for a sesame seed bun i said oh okay come through today an order the cashier going to say back to me SOOOOOO YOU WANT A CLASSIC ADD CHEESE no I said beef and cheddar she going to laugh an say pull around when I get to window 3 girls standing there laughing she open the window to get my money the manger on line making the food yelling here goes this classic on a sesame seed bun rude as hell yes the employee handing me my food said here THEY GO AGAIN I got my money back food was cold an thrown in my bag sandwich open cheese everywhere I’M sorry this manger DON’T like her job ARBY’S MAYBE you should give her a RAISE for having the rudest staff an for being TOP RUDE MANAGER AN MAKING THE COLDEST FOOD

I sit at the drive thru speaker and wait. I keep waiting. Several times I’ve waited too long. Nobody wants to take my order so I drive somewhere else. The times I did get service I order a double roast beef sandwich and I only get a single roast beef sandwich. This Arbys is not a good location.
UPDATE: Since I can no longer order roast beef from Arby’s and i heard they got the chicken cordon Bleu sandwich back i decided to give it a try. To my disappointment i found out their chicken patties have dwindled down to almost nothing. There is some breading and a tiny bit of meat. The breading is probably chicken flavored breading but I could t taste ANY chicken. So I decided to take a photo. Please enjoy ripping off all your customers Arbys. It won’t be me anymore!!

I gave 3 stars ONLY because the Orange Cream shake is the BOMB! Otherwise it would have been a one star. I don’t know what’s going on at the Colerain location, but the service was terrible. We went inside to order so we could take our time deciding what we wanted, and when we placed our order and told her it was to go, it went downhill from there. We both ordered the Market Fresh Pecan Chicken salad that is supposed to be really creamy with pecans, grapes, and celery in it. When she started to bring our food she put it in trays for dining in and we had to repeat that it was to go, and got an eye roll for it. When we got home, the sandwiches were terrible. There was NO mayonnaise in the chicken salad, no pecans, and ONE grape per sandwich. It was basically a bunch of dry chicken cubes and pieces with celery on dry bread. I don’t know why the quality and service of this location has gotten so poor, but it’s not the first time I’ve gotten food that wasn’t what was advertised. I won’t be getting anything but shakes from there moving forward. I recommend Arby’s in general, just not this one.

This Arby’s need to verify an check the folks they hire here , a young guy copied the information from my card an tried to use it for an uber an cash app himself, that’s how we found out who it was from his pic on cash app . So I order a peanut butter cookie it was old and hard. They cashier was nice an replaced it. But we fixed lil goofy who tried to use our information.

We were sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes,they didn’t even say welcome to Arby’s or anything. When we finally got there attention they said order when ur ready. The line was moving super slow because of that.
