Sooooo yummy, I highly recommend! I was really craving the onigiri that I had in Japan, so I found this place in seattle and am so grateful this place exists! Dedicated gluten free, delicious food (the potato salad is amazing and of course the many different onigiri to choose from), and most importantly the lady (owner?) is always sooo incredibly kind, thoughtful, and very nice (it makes you want to support local businesses because there is so much care in the food and overall experience). If I lived closer, I would regularly go there. Definitely check it out!

Got the special lunch box with the tuna Onigiri. Everything is perfectly seasoned and sauced. The rice was still warm and suffused with sesame seeds.

Absolutely perfect. Order the sake in a juice box for the premium experience.

Great food, fresh and prepared quickly. All gluten free!
The salmon basil onigiri is fantastic, but my favorite is the side potato salad – a little sweet, a little savory, pops with flavor!
Yuzu soda is totally worth it 🙂

Server/ Owner was very nice and kind, food was great… very warm and comforting. I recommend the ume konbu onigiri and miso soup…as a celiac I had no problems and that’s very hard to find in places nowadays … and it’s vegan too! No complaints, very grateful celiac here. Thank you.

My favorite spot for a quick and tasty bite! All of the onigiri are so delicious, and the side dish portions are huge. The owner is also very sweet. Great for dining in or take out.

This owner and restaurant is 10/10. Had a lunch box with salmon. Cabbage slaw, potato salad, egg side dish. She knows flavor. Perfection. The quality in the ingredients top notch. Wonderful salmon. There’s a ton of food and care that goes into this. I found out well worth the price. Not to even mention she does all of this gluten free?!!!!!! Amazing

The onigiri at sankaku is SO GOOD, no joke. I’ve made onigiri at home before but nothing close to as good as what we had here. There are many flavors to pick from, and they’re delicious fresh, but also great for taking on the go! If you’ve never had onigiri before and wanted to try one, the tuna mayo is a great starter option, or if you’re looking for a more interesting/authentic choice, I *highly* recommend the ume konbu (pickled plum, konbu seaweed, and sesame) which was incredible! Definitely worth your time!

We’re visiting from Idaho and discovered this gem after searching for Onigiri in the area and WOW!!! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! Delicious and unique cocktails, huge and phenomenal Onigiri, and super tasty sides that the owner (who I learned afterwards is the owner! Very sweet woman) gave to us complimentary she also gave us some mushroom chowder on our way out. I would be eating there all the time if we lived closer, but can’t wait til our next visit here to go back! Fantastic food and experience. Thank you

Simply the best, some of the coziest comfort food you’ll find in Seattle. There’s a soul to her food that instantly makes the day better just by eating it. My favorite spot in town no question.
