Stammers is a cool little pub, hidden away from the usual traffic. The owner is a friendly face to the weary traveller looking for water or apple pie liquefied. The clean billiard table is very nice touch and well lit.

You can tell this is a bar that comprises of mostly regulars. They have a pool table and a patio. So a pretty good atmosphere to speak of. Keep in mind that the only food that they had to offer was pizza and little snacks, like potato chips. So don’t go in there expecting to get a bunch of food, at least not right now. Their beer prices were excellent. $6.50 for 3 beers? I’ll take that all day. If you are looking for a nice pit stop to grab a drink or two, then this is the place for you.

I have been visiting Stammers for 10 years. If you want good service go see the girls that work the bar. Don’t forget to try the apple, cherry and caramel apple pie shots. Grab a pizza while you are getting hungry and make sure you ask about Little Green Men.

I’ve always loved going to stammers and I’m now 31 but that’s because my FAMILY own it and has owned it all my life, everyone is super nice and the APPLE PIE and a few other drinks that my family has came up with over the years are the best.
