It’s understaffed and there was no manager on duty. There’s teenagers that are over worked. The place had only couple of customers inside and they were overwhelmed. They complained that the manager had someone come in early just so the manager could leave early. They burnt my bacon and made tea mixed with my coffee. They were openly threatening to quit. One employee told the other to not fully clean the machines. Since the responsibility of most of the chores were left all on one person, who looked like they were only 15. I don’t blame the kids, I blame management who should be attentive and overseeing the operation. And helping out to break down responsibilities and chores to prevent illness or bad service.

Those of you who go there as much as I do know what I’m saying when I say I miss the days of Juan and Ashley! Ever since they have left it has been just horrible you’ve got people who are a week new training other people the place is absolutely disgusting at 6:00 a.m. in the morning. there is a new boy there who should not be left alone right now does not know how to handle food at all! I don’t know how the counters or stainless steel is cleaned but my food is being left on the stainless steel while he goes to do other things I think he was trained for maybe half of a week and then left by himself I blame management and I am thinking about actually going out of my way to a different Dunkin’ Donuts I think I’m done with this one.sad

This store needs help in the mornings. Short staffed and very very slow. Example: it’s 630am , 2 employees and currently 14 people standing around waiting. Some just walking out. The mobile order is going off every 15 seconds.

It’s a great place to lounge relax and find clarity of mind. the managers are great but the greatest thing about this place is the cleanliness. I feel silly for reviewing a Dunkin. However, when the service is excellent, I think it deserves to be noticed. First of the facility was clean. The staff and management clearly care about appearance. The service was fast and friendly. The young man who seemed to be the manager was friendly and helpful. The place was packed, but everyone working worked through the line and got everyone what they wanted. Great job!
