I placed an order today, and they gave me a burnt sub roll. I order from this WaWa all the time, but lately, they have been slacking on the subs. Now, I have to throw away my hoagie because the sandwich is burnt, and the roll is extremely hard.

This is my home store that I’ve been going to for 30+ years. I’ve never had an issue getting the things I need in the early morning until this year.
I’ve talked to the manager and he is just overwhelmed because he’s trying to do everything himself but it can’t be that hard to keep fresh coffee on and order the same chobani yogurt drinks I’ve been buying every day for over 10 years! I’m there 3 am every day, please don’t make me go to another store. I would recommend going to a different Wawa as of now

I can’t say enough good things about WaWa store #828 at Boyd’s Corner! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly sets this location apart. I always drive the extra mile just to experience the exceptional customer service and satisfaction here. Mike, Jacob, Jade, Maddie, Stefanie, and the rest of the crew (sorry if I missed anyone!) are simply amazing!

i just had an unpleasant experience here on 6/9/24 with the girl on night shift making the food. upon receiving my order i realized i wasn’t given my sour cream packets that i paid for. the girl disappeared in the back so i asked one of the men up front if they could grab it for me please. when he went back to grab it the girl was giving me a dirty look saying i didn’t pay for the sour cream and that it “wasn’t on the ticket.” i literally told her to check my ticket but the man gave me the sour cream and said i was all good. i don’t understand why people have to be so rude, especially when i was polite when asking for it. this isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this location so maybe their screen isn’t relaying the order correctly but why do they have to be so rude???

FIVE stars for Larelle (not sure I got the spelling correct – sorry). He is an asset to this Wawa and is nothing but kind and professional. He makes a dreaded run to the store pleasant. While the food quality here has diminished drastically over the last couple of years (almost always skimpy or wrong), he keeps us coming back!

• Food is not anywhere near as pictured.
• Parking lot is in need of space and better flow.
• Needs a gas station.
• Try expanding to add a rear parking lot. This would help greatly!

Hands down my favorite wawa!!!!! I usually go in late nights after work and the 3rd shift crew is Impeccable. The manager Debra is amazing. She is genuine, kind, and absolutely incredible. Alec who also works late hours is wonderful as well. I make sure I always stop at this wawa just to see there smiling faces.
