Let me tell you about this terrible experience when I walk in. The two ladies are sitting on their phone looking down staring bored. The place is completely empty. And I know the reason why…. Not only are they stingy with the amount of guacamole, sour cream, or even sauce that is placed over The bowls but they also weigh the chicken cut off any excess weight and try to charge you extra 399 for protein for one little piece of chicken that should’ve already been chopped into your salad or $.75 per small container of sauce that aren’t filled all of the way never coming here again Complete waste of money terrible customer service and the food was disgusting

I have never ate a chicken so dry and without any flavor, the way that this chicken tasted was so plain, I ordered the South Beach Chop and as you can see in the picture there was barely any chicken on it, a bunch of tiny pieces of dry chicken, 8 tiny pieces of tomatoes, rice was lacking flavor as well, they charge you extra if you paid with credit card. This place once was a decent, affordable healthy lunch spot. Now, not only does this place holds the Guinness World Record for the driest chicken on the planet, it’s also the most flavorless. The toppings (lettuce, tomato, etc) were old and tired a week ago, and the ladies serving the food dish it out like it comes out of their paycheck. Take your money elsewhere, I know I will!

Asked for rice and chicken and extra chicken. Apparently one serving with rice is 6 grams of chicken for $9 for and additional 3 grams of chicken it’s $4. Gave me the order wrong ( not sure how you mess up chicken and rice ) when I mentioned they gave me the wrong order there was zero remorse or accountability. No apology or offer to fix the order. Also Paying $4 for 3 grams of extra chicken doesn’t merit and extra sauce that would be extra too. Typically I don’t write reviews but since there was zero accountability and a lack of common courtesy I felt it was well deserved.

We ordered delivery today and everything was perfect! From the first conversation on the phone with the super pleasant guy who answered…to when we received all three of our meals completely perfect, everything was phenomenal! For my two-year-old daughter I ordered a kids meal with rice and black beans and chicken which they chopped very finely and made it so easy for her to self feed! My husband ordered a bowl with yellow rice and cheese and then chicken and chicken skin and he said it was exquisite! Then my south beach bowl which was delicious and perfect! The prices were great the delivery time was perfect and the phone service was phenomenal! I give them 5 stars if not more!! Super happy with my order I will definitely be ordering again!

The food is delicious, especially with the garlic cilantro sauce. My husband and I usually order our chop with brown rice. Sometimes are the grains are hard, but when they aren’t our meal is perfect.

I ordered the teriyaki chicken with a side order of plantains. They didn’t have any plantains upfront, so they went to the back to get them. It didn’t even cross my mind to check my order before I left. When I got home to have my meal, the plantains were cold, hard and stale. I returned to the store to get a refund and to express my complaint to the staff. No one could help me due to the language barrier.

Staff very rude, love the food but the .Manager was rude and completely unhelpful. I asked for no lettuce or tomatoes, just a little bit of onions. She said no you have to pay for the onions. They just lost a customer that goes at least 2 twice a week.

They got my order wrong, I called, spoke with a gentleman and he says I can bring it back for either a refund and will do whatever to make it right. Drive back and then it was a different story that they can’t refund or change my order after speaking with a manager, . Another words I was stuck with a meal I didn’t want. $18 down the drain but my dogs enjoyed it…
