Staff was polite, as soon as I walked in the guy cleaning the floor stopped to give a welcoming smile. I really appreciated that 🙂 Unfortunately this Starbucks was minimally stocked, nearly every baked good and lunch item was sold out which were the only things I came for. Kind of a smaller location, even the tables looked miniature. The tables were very dirty too which is my reason for the 3 stars.

I was here on a busy Sunday late-morning. But not sure it really needed to be that busy. There were only 2 baristas and they were very slow. I tried the croissant breakfast sandwich. It turned into an open face sandwich in the bag. The ingredients were all very good, but the sandwich lacked condiments, therefore moisture.

I’m a regular I come through the tunnel and work here for a few hours 2x a week before teaching. This is the kindest, friendliest team in a starbucks I’ve ever been around. They greet every single customer, they work really hard and they also send customers off with a friendly farewell. They remember people’s names. They take great care in making orders, they keep the space clean/tidy and bonus the team seems to genuinely care about one another. On my drink today I got a cute little drawing which lifted my spirits on a tough day.

In terms of the product — it’s a Starbucks. And just like McDonald’s restaurants worldwide, you know what to expect and they deliver it almost without exception. So, if you like Starbucks, then not reason to avoid this location based on the product. The closest thing to a criticism concerns the parking in the area. It’s not bad, but it can be a little irritating to find parking (unless you utilize the Safeway shopping center across the street after shopping there).

My wife ordered 2 orders of egg bites. The server asked is that one order of two, or two orders. She said 2 orders. After waiting 15 minutes and having 7 other customers after her get their orders, 1 order of egg bites came out. My wife said where is my other and another server said you only ordered one. She said no I specifically ordered two. The original server said “Oh yea, I screwed up”. No I am sorry or apology. There were 3 guys working Tues 9/20 @7:45. All 3 were privy to what went on. Very poor representation for this store. We have been very loyal customers, but will not visit this branch any more. I will however give a 5 star review to the manager of the other store In Lafayette, Ananda, who I mentioned this to, and immediately apologized and said she was sorry.

Service is great, they can immediately help you out in line. Drink is satisfactory, and they get it out in about 4-8 minutes. Just a little bit overpriced but that’s for all starbucks so I can’t deduct any stars.
