THE KING OF BAKERSFIELD
This is my review as a cater order delivery driver. I arrived to pick up a two hundred dollar order that was pre ordered. I had already driven 25 minutes to get there, once there it was a long line obviously because it’s lunch time. I head to the front of the line to pick up the order and the lady tells me that I have to wait in line. This is frustrating for food delivery customers because we still need time to deliver the food and our customers are expecting it to be on time. With five people on staff their should be someone dedicated to making sure pick orders leave the store promptly. This affects my livelihood because without tips gas eats up all our profit. Please resolve this huge customer service issue.

We ordered 2 large(my husbands with extra pastrami) sandwiches and 2 chicken noodle soups for pickup. When I went to pickup they informed me they were out of chicken noodle soup so they substituted tomato bisque. No biggie. Cool with that. When I got home? My husbands Strami didn’t have extra meat and my hot Bob barely had any Turkey AND the soups were only half full??? What the??? It wasn’t a difficult order. Seriously disappointed as we have always loved Capriottis. Maybe it was just this location??

Ordered the Bobbie off the menu and it doesn’t look anything like the advertised photo. The meat is sooooo dry and hardly any cranberries. I wanted to try this sandwich because everyone gives an amazing review but if this is how it’s made I don’t get the hype.

I just walked in and the person behind the counter was visibly upset that I walked in to order food. I love Capriottis and do not like the fact this location is either under staffed or hires miserable people.

I had the Bobbie. Turkey, cranberry sauce and stuffing. The sandwich was great. Good flavors that worked well together, the turkey was moist, and the bread was delicious. Everyone in my group was happy with their sandwiches also. The military discount was a nice bonus.

I always get a Philly cheesesteak with sweet peppers and everything else on it which is mushrooms and onions and cheese. Unfortunately many times when I would take my food and leave and I’d bite into it. The peppers were definitely not sweet. They were spicy and it sucks because I cannot eat spicy food. So you got to be definitely thorough about what you want on your order, other than that they’re usually on point and pretty good depending on the location. I’ve been to a couple locations where the manager that was in at the time was rude to me and just all around negative. So now I do not go to those certain locations
