I decided to give this place a chance since the pizza looked really good on a Facebook post. It was extremely hard to order I had to repeat my order about 7 times on the phone and when I got there it was still incorrect. They did do a good job trying to fix my order. The pizza however is really good. The sauce is delicious, they put a great amount of cheese and they actually use high quality cheese. They put a good amount of toppings. I did like the crust but when you get to the middle of the pizza it was a little undercooked and it could use more of a crunch. I would say it’s better than JJS and The New Magoos (not the old Magoos). Overall I really hope they get the correct staff to make this place successful and I will return to try other items.

If you expect this to be served accurate Maxwell St. sorry! This isn’t even close to the Chicago Maxwell St. Even the Chicago dog was terrible one had a ton of mustard the other had a ton of opinion and no mustard. The Polish was just an Eckrich sausage, with no mustard, WRONG. Disappointing sloppy mess.

I’ve been here several times. I love it, and the food is always great! Unfortunately I had an issue ordering today. I ordered 2 chili dogs with raw onion and mustard added. When I got a chance to eat, I noticed the 2 hot dogs I recieved were just plain hot dogs with grilled onion and mustard. I called them up to let them know about the issue, and they told me to come back with my receipt and they would replace it. When I got back there, I gave them the food and the reciept (which said add chili to both dogs). For some reason the girl who was working there (a pink haired girl who was not the one who took my order initially) started arguing with me over the order saying that my ticket on her end said to remove the sport peppers and that’s why I had grilled onion instead of raw. My receipt said nothing about sport peppers. I was confused because I never told anyone to hold sport peppers. I literally just asked for 2 chili dogs, add mustard and raw onion. I’m assuming whoever took the initial order must have rang it up weird. Either way, it doesnt matter because there was no chili on the hot dogs, which I paid for. The girl proceeded to tell me she will give my food this time but then said “not to make this a regular thing” with an attitude. I don’t understand why she felt the need to say that and talk to me like that when I didnt do anything wrong. I wasn’t even upset about the mistake, I just wanted the food that I ordered and paid for. She was absolutely rude and gave off a very mean and unwelcoming vibe. Like I said, I love this place and the food is great, but that encounter makes me not want to return. To make matters worse, when I checked the supposedly “corrected” order, I just got chili on the dogs without the raw onion and mustard I asked for. Incredibly frustrating.

this place has really good food and the service is very good. I had a replacement order and lost my receipt and they still replaced it no questions asked. They will also bring it to your car. They also gave me a free fry for my trouble. I would definitely recommend this place.

Italian beef wasn’t that great. Toasted the buns. There was over inch of mozzarella cheese plus on sides. Made it very chewy. Plus very small hallway to place order. And wait for pick up. Menu kinda hidden. Very small printed.

I from Chicago. And when I saw this restaurant and went in got me polish sausage made Chicago style, amazing and then late one evening I returned back I got the chance to try the Italian beef, delicious I mean so good that went for another… I can’t wait to try their pizza… looking forward it.

Way overpriced, I figured with Chicago prices I’ll get Chicago size, but definitely Chicago prices but size and taste of Italian beef with cheese was disappointing. And asked for gardinerra relish that has the peppers and it’s sum what spicy because they didn’t even offer any pepperchinis which comes hand in hand as well as ajuus. So after getting charged extra bucks for everything I’d bring me an my Aunt our food she got red sauce. Well we were like well 27.00 for 2 sandwiches with the fixings would be about like heading to Chicago but no flavor and dry. And need a number or intercom system cuz I had no idea when food was up cuz u stand in a lil lobby or your car and watch for people who was ahead of ya. Maybe they will catch up cuz it’s a perfect location…
