The store had tons of small looks like fruit flys beside the pop machine and garbage .( Swarms) I told the employee who made my sandwich, He told me to let his district manager know because he already told them and they dont do anything about it.SO GROSS.
So I looked inside my ham sub to make sure it didn’t have them inside of it.
I took photos it looks like bugs baked inside of my bread. I tried to call the store .The phone just ring and ring about 7 times and then hung up. Hopefully I dont get sick because I ate half of my sandwich before I thought to look inside of it. I threw the rest away. GROSS !!!!

I ordered a ham and turkey sub for approximately $9.50 and was charged close to $15 for a single sandwich without extra meat. I told them that’s not what I ordered and they gave me this sandwich with barely any meat for $10. Avoid this location it’s bad.

This is the second time they were out of meatballs. This time they wanted us to void and replace our order because there was a $0.40 price difference for what we chose as a replacement sub. I had used a coupon and didn’t want to re order. We ended up canceling the entire order and will take our business elsewhere. Very poor customer service.

Came to this subway for the first time. And was very impressed. I’ve worked at subway in my home town, and seen how other workers make things and there usually not the best quality. But today at lunch was the best subway protein bowl I think I’ve ever had!! Perfect amount of honestly everything. Inclouding the dressing! I was shocked at how accurate and how good this was. And would come back in a heart beat. Thank you for the kind service as well

Horrible experience. I wanted something to eat when I got home. Used their drive thru kiosk and paid full price for one of their most expensive sandwiches. I go home and there is nothing on the sandwich except for cheese and meat. When I called to ask what I did wrong or to hear my receipt, they feigned ignorance and handle it with absolutely no skill. When I told them I was 30 mins away from that said location they offered zero help or assistance. I wish it was understaffed because that would make more sense. Worst Subway experience I’ve ever had.

Ordered two subs in drive thru. Got home and one was completely wrong and missing half the stuff. Bread on both was BURNT to the point of almost being inedible. Worst $35 experience. Won’t order again without seeing them make it.

Stopped here while traveling home to the east side of the state. Crystal was the only person working and the drive thru was non stop. She was extremely personable, polite & made a great sub. ALSO, the bathroom was nice & clean! Would stop back in again ☺️

Well I don’t want to leave a bad bad review but here’s my experience….I wanted a nice pretty protein bowl and got the total opposite…. I ordered teriyaki chicken and the chicken was damn near to the bottom of the bowl so he scraped much as he could and it didn’t look like enough meat so I asked for double meat…he goes in back and brings out new bag of chicken the bag appear to be semi frozen…..I can kind of hear the meat hitting the pan kind of hard but I waited to see what he was gonna do he put that frozen meat right on top of the meat that was already in bowl and put it all in the microwave I thought it would be at least warm but he packed it so much he had to stand on the top for it to close.. worse experience ever!

The restaurant was remarkably clean. Our order was relatively large and the employee executed it flawlessly. Each ingredient was thoughtfully placed and wrapped up perfectly. I highly recommend this Subway location.
