Dirty!
I ordered and paid for my lunch then walked outside. When I came back to check if the food was done I was told he forgot to cook the rice and asked if I would wait an 25 additional minutes. Of course not! I asked for a refund on my credit card, he pretended not to know how. I then asked for fried rice as opposed to the 25 minute white rice, he agreed then proceeds to walk while scratching himself then grabs onions with his bare scratching hand . At this point I insist on a refund he sighed and rolled his eyes. I explained that he should not touch food with bare hands and he needed gloves. He held out his hand and looked at it as if to gesture why and there was visible dirt.
I had nothing else to say.

Best Chinese food in the area! I’ve been living in this area for few years and I just found out this place. Family owned business with fresh food everyday. Their crab Rangoon is the best! I have also tried beef broccoli and noodles which are tasty too. Should have explored earlier and can’t wait to introduce this little restaurant to my friends!

Super friendly people! The food was fresh we got the lunch special and some wontons! the wontons were the best I’ve ever had it was a large portion really good size wontons ! Thank you so much ! 🙂

Never let down! The eggs rolls were hot and crispy. Chicken chow mein and pork lo mein were delicious. We have been coming here for years and it only gets better and better and better. We always do takeout

Feeling icky with a late summer cold, craving some won ton soup and new we had to drive to Arlington to get it from New Cina Spring! Delicious, flavorful, hot, and healing, not the pale imitation served at some other establishments. This is where to go!

Been coming here for years customer service is kind of rude but the food is good. Their honey chicken wings are very good but they skimped me on the sauce this time. 3 for customer service and 4.5 for chicken wings and shrimp fried rice

I pass 3 other Chinese takeout/delivery restaurants just to come to New China Spring because they are my fav. I included some pictures to show the amount of food they give, you can’t really eat it all in one night and it’s still SOOO GOOD the next day. I order the beef and broccoli lo mein- the carrots are thick and crispy, as well as the broccoli, they taste so fresh and not soggy & limp, full of MSG. Oh and the noodles too, I’m not a fan of overcooked soggy noodles drowned in sauce with a strong MSG taste, these noodles are more… I don’t know how other to say than ‘al dente’ (more hard instead of soggy & overcooked) the beef strips are thick and you can actually taste the meat, unlike the paper thin slivers you get at other places. My bf really enjoyed his meal too & he is a Sous Chef so he’s kinda critical of poorly cooked food. He really enjoyed all of his meals we’ve ordered from here (if you knew him you would understand that’s pretty impressive ) Lastly the egg rolls and fortune cookies- the egg rolls are crispy and packed with veggies full of flavor, and the fortune cookies are fresh, you actually want to eat them. New China Spring is my favorite Chinese restaurant & I would definitely recommend trying them out if you’re looking for some excellent Chinese food.
