This was my first time at this fast casual spot, and I’ll definitely be back! They have locations all over the valley, but I tried this one and ordered the spicy fettuccine with shrimp and chicken parm for extra protein. Everything was fresh and tasty. I noticed this spot gets a lot of Uber orders, which says something about how popular it is. The parking lot is huge, the inside was clean, and I really like that they offer affordable pasta dishes without sacrificing flavor. Great experience overall!

My dish was made to perfection it was hot and fresh! It was delicious I always get two proteins shrimp and beef with the noodles. I eat half and save the other half for later. I get a slice on bread on the side plus I had a free dessert with the app. Everything is always in the bag, plastic utensils, napkins and butter! This is one of my favorite dishes!

First visit to Noodles & Company at Paradise Valley. The menu has plenty of options for noodle lovers. We ordered three Chicken Noodle Soups and one Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese. The kids enjoyed the soup, and the Mac & Cheese was pretty good overall. I just wish the overall food quality was a bit better.

Great fast food option. They had a huge variety of noodles, dumplings, tortellini and more. I love you get to basically build your own pasta. It’s fast food and service.

I’ve been to about 30 N&C around the country over the last decade and this one is the best. Staff greet you when you come in with a smile, restaurant is clean, food is well made and delicious. Also, the Coca Cola Freestyle machine is great for pairing eccentric soda flavors with noodles. Recommend Spicy Korean Noodles with Orange Fanta. Good job Phoenix N&C! Keep it up!

This place is extremely short staffed, and the food was WAY too overly salty. The cheese on top of the Mac-n-cheese was not melted. The manager was very friendly and polite-ish. NOT TOO MENTION The new kid at the register was less than competent. It took way too long to place the order, with MULTIPLE order issues multiple times throughout the order process. Once the order was placed, the order took about 10ish minutes to come out, but i only realized my order had sat on the counter for 5 minutes while they worked on my friend’s order. I only noticed that it had sat on the counter, because the aforementioned new kid hand me my friends order and walked away, and I saw something on the counter and said to the manager “When is my order coming out?” She turned to look at the counter and said,”Oh, it’s ready.” And then handed it to me. I then realized that my food had the wrong type of pasta, and i asked them to fix it. The manager seemed very upset that i asked her to fix it. She then attempted to convince me that i ordered what she had put in the register, which is what i had received. She did end up fixing it, though. This location is extremely understaffed by far. The manager was doing six things at once because her staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing. There were multiple orders and just total chaos. An order process that should have taken 30 seconds or even 60 seconds at most took about 5 minutes. The main reason for this was the kid didn’t know what he was doing, so the manager took over, and just kept stopping every few seconds to help other customers and direct the staff cuz they just had no clue. The receipt does not itemize each individual charge, which makes it confusing as to why it’s $11.50 for an order of gluten-free mac and cheese with marinated steak plus $1.25 for the gluten free pasta. However, the gluten-free mac and cheese on the menu board is listed as $8.25 plus a $4.25 charge for the marinated steak. Which is just totally confusing and just plain weird. There is a regular mac and cheese listed for $7.25, with the steak added for a $4.25 extra charge in addition to the gluten-free mac and cheese for $8.25. advertised on your menu board as a regular entree. You can’t use a reward for a regular Entre though for the Gluten-Free mac and cheese without paying the extra dollar 25 for the gluten free pasta even though if you get the regular mac and cheese at $7.25 and the Gluten-Free mac and cheese is a dollar more for $8.25, which since it’s listed as a regular entree is not reasonable. This entire experience has been absolutely horrible, and I will never come to Noodles & Company again.

Went there this evening with my fiancee ordered alfredo and pan noodles to go. When we got home, I saw that my pan noodles weren’t in there despite being listed on the label outside of the bag.
When I went back, they made a new one for me then and there. This time when I got home, I found that they gave me the wrong size of noodles (small instead of regular) despite the fact that the cashier had confirmed the size with me verbally before they made it.
Food’s decent otherwise, and I’m giving three stars cause they at least tried to fix their mistake. That said, they didn’t seem particularly busy, especially not when I went back the second time.

Got all the way home to realize my rice crispy treat was missing. So disappointing.

Excellent fast and courteous service. Food is good, but not great — it doesn’t compare to your local, mom & pop chinese or thai restaurant.
One annoying aspect of Noodles is that their online menu does not list the price of each entree. Instead, you have to click on “order” before you see the price. I don’t know what kind of marketing scheme this is, but it doesn’t endear me to the place.
