I should start from how good is the service is! We set at the bar and tried their happy hour!!! It was amazingly tasty! Every sushi roll is made with so many ingredients that makes everything so delicious!!! Happy hour is great- and it is EVERY DAY!

Have been here a couple times now. Their sushi bar is incredible and the sushi is always made with the freshest ingredients. Have always left satisfied with the food and the experience. Servers (Danielle and Kelsi most recently) have been great. Their happy hour pricing and times are amazing as well. When looking for excellent quality sushi looking no further then here. Will continue to return for date nights with the wife.

This is easily the best sushi that I have eaten in denver. And I would give this a 4.8 if this rating system allowed. Every time I eat here the service is great and the food is of course delicious.
The only two reasons I would not give it all five stars is because I come here almost once every week and I would like some appreciation for eating here and offering my and my family’s business here so often. I kick myself for posting this extra bit to make this rating a four because I truly love this restaurant so much. But also in my opinion the yellow tail Serrano is too expensive on the happy hour and regular menu. Thank you blue sushi sake grill for making my life awesome. Keep it up and good luck. Once again I cannot say thank you enough.

We have been coming to Blue ever since it opened. The sushi is outstanding, and the flavors, especially in the apps, are fun and interesting (we always make our teenagers order the Blue Balls ). The happy hour is a total steal, and an added bonus if you drink fun martinis too. We took my cousin last summer, who was in the Navy, and stationed for a significant time in the South Pacific. He said it was the best sushi he’d ever had, and he’s got high standards from his travels! We take all our friends there, and it’s always first choice for sushi. Thanks for everything, see you in a few days!

Awesome Sushi and a great atmosphere! My wife and I have been waiting a long time to get a great sushi restaurant near our home and low and behold this little gem opens in our neighborhood. The staff is friendly, the decor is nice and modern, and the food is fantastic! I highly recommend this place!

AMAZING. I was blown away by the unique flavor combinations they have. It’s been awhile since I’ve had some really top notch, fresh and exotic sushi. This is officially our new favorite place to go. (And it’s just as great at the Denver location too!)
