I recently came to this establishment for a drink at night (Sorry workers, it was before closing ) All of the workers were very nice and it very cool to see them make the drink through the window. Had GREAT service today. Lines were incredibly long but was out in about 10 min. Staff was friendly and handing out drinks quickly. The two workers that I saw were moving as fast as humanly possible, pretty cool to see! Recommend an iced banana bread mocha, great if you like sweeter coffee. There monthly/ surprise stickers are a plus! 10/10 for me

This shop isn’t the same anymore. Idk if they changed their recipes or if they do things different now. The workers used to be welcoming and love to talk about the littlest things, but now it seems they hate their job. Idk if it’s a management problem but they look completely miserable and burnt out. They look like they would literally be anywhere else. As someone who’s worked in food service, they look like their bosses abuse them.

Bad experience with this place. This is the second time I stop at this place and have the same issue. The orders placed on the app do not “show up in their system”. Even if the payment was processed and ordered placed. 20+ min for a coffee is just absurd!!
