In ordered a pep pizza and cheese sticks and look at this. Never even got the cheese sticks and this is the pizza I get. This is the most blatant disrespect I have ever seen. I made pizza for years and would never serve this to a customer. The manager did not even care when I called to talk about this order either. Anyone with eyes can see this pizza is messed up and they sent it out the door anyway. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE.

Beyond exceptional service. To my surprise receiving a letter along w a coupon code paired with my single pizza I ordered tonight. I spent no more than $20 and was treated with such great service. My pizza was made perfectly and tasted amazing. I will forever chose this Papa John’s when I’m craving pizza. Now not only because they have the best sausage but because of Kevin, the general manager, who made my night a little bit brighter with his lovely note. Thank you for the smiles and the delicious food. You definitely raised the bar of expectation for the rest of the pizza franchises.

The lady that works there is amazing. Best pizza out of all local Papa John’s locations. Very clean. Only one lady works there, so it’s very hard for her, especially in rush hours. But even she is extremely overworked she remain friendly and even helped me carry my order to the car once. I very appreciate her hard work and I’m always happy to see her when I come in.

7/25/25: Tonight was by far the worst delivery service that I have experienced for a simple pizza dinner. I ordered 5 items from the website for delivery. I received a call telling me one of my items was unavailable so I chose a replacement, then they delivered only some of my items, then after calling to ask for my missing items and waiting for a driver to come back out, they delivered the wrong items.
I am an understanding person, and called just to let the manager know that there was another error, and that I would accept what I received, but it’s important that they know the multiple errors in this order so they can pay closer attention in the future. All I got was a rude “ok” and then total silence. I really hope that if someone is managing a business, they learn to accept responsibility and learn how to talk to customers when the errors were completely on their end. A simple “sorry for the mistake” was definitely warranted at that time. Very disappointing to not be able to enjoy the whole meal in one sitting.

A disappointing experience at Papa John’s has led to this one-star review. The customer service was exceptionally rude, particularly after the “no tip” option was selected during the payment process. Upon returning to collect the order, the pizza was placed on the counter in a mean-spirited manner without a single word being exchanged. The overall treatment was unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin and he was the nicest person ever. He really makes the atmosphere much better. I was having a bad day and he got me to smile and laugh and forget about my bad bad before my pizza was done. 12/10 all the way! This is a brand rep!

When I went to the store I was greeted immediately by Kevin. He had a big smile on his face and was very happy to be serving me. I will definitely be back at this location to order more pizza, the food was also amazing! The pizza was cooked to perfection and not overcooked or undercooked.
