I came in around 7:30 pm, which is over 5 hours before closing time, for an order on the app but they said they had ran out of the food. This wouldn’t be such a big deal but this happens EVERY time I go past like 6 pm. I obviously asked for a refund so they told me to do it through the app because they can’t do it in the store but I swear I’ve been able to get refunded for the same issue before, they could’ve changed rules however. The worker telling me what to do also didn’t seem like they really knew what they were doing but at least she was nice. This is probably the worst Taco Bell you could go to.

I really don’t like the AI at the drive thru speaker. You can’t even discuss what to order without it telling you “I do understand. Would you like to order.” I will go inside next time.

I’ve been a regular customer since they opened. Unfortunately, Devan is unprofessional. He accused me of stealing today because I put some ice in my personal cup. Only ice. To cool my homemade lemonade down to go with the food I ordered. I even showed him the lemon slices in it. He said he had me on camera getting more than ice.. I’d love to see that footage because I didn’t! I can’t drink soda.. He charged me $3.. for a small cup of ice in 100° temperatures!
Other than that the food is okay and the other employees I’ve had contact with are friendly, but the service can be slow at times.

Absolutely the worst taco bell. No matter what time I go the order is wrong or burned. I don’t think its the staff but management or how little they pay them. Don’t go here – its worth it to go to Mineral Wells instead.

this is the absolute worst taco bell i’ve ever been to. they never give you enough food. i’ve given this place multiple chances and every time they mess it up. completely screwed up my order today and honestly that was my last straw. left out an entire burrito when i ordered 2 of the same box. how do you manage to do that? and every time i go they are always out of something. the employees were nice but they definitely don’t care about the food. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE!
