Great food service and atmosphere. We’ve had breakfast once before and my wife has had their lunch. Nothing has disappointed. Their grand opening was great and we hope for many more great meals.

The personal sized pizzas are fantastic – thin crust with their home made dough and tasty toppings. My wife loved their fresh beat salad. Service was excellent and very friendly and owner/chef Mario came over to chat and check to see how we liked his food. They also offer pre-packaged meals to go – we got the lasagna and can’t wait to try it.

Marios’s is great addition to Orchard Park dining and we’ll be back!

First of all I would like to say I had a chicken Parma Panini for lunch. It was like a 4th of July. Fireworks show of flavors as soon as I bit into the panini. Instead of red sauce it had pesto. Probably one of the best lunch sandwiches I have ever eaten. Prices were amazing. I was able to get a panini made from scratch for less than what I would have gotten at any fast food restaurant. The owner Mario was present. He is very knowledgeable with food and his business and the customer service was over the top. Mario and his staff were willing to answer any questions that I had about the business or the food. In the summertime they will have a patio out in front and will serve brunches from 9:00 to 3:00 on Sundays. I can’t wait to visit this place again!

A Dining Experience to Remember!
From the moment we walked int Mario’s resturant it was clear that this was no ordinary dining experience. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and perfectly balanced — with a touch of elegance, but still very cozy. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and were extremely attentive throughout the meal, making sure everything was perfect.
The menu was full of exciting choices . The flavors were rich, fresh, and perfectly balanced.
The presentation was flawless, and the taste was out of this world. Every bite felt like a celebration of flavor.
One thing that really stood out was the dessert.
The entire experience at [Restaurant Name] was flawless — from the food to the ambiance to the incredible service. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy a special occasion, or even just a fantastic meal, this is the place. I can’t wait to return!

If you’re looking for food that feels like it was cooked for family, Mario’s Bistro & Brews is the place. Every dish is made with care, pride, and love, and you can taste it in every bite. Mario stays true to his family’s roots, with his Nonna’s recipes woven throughout the menu. This is real Italian comfort food, done the right way.

I’ve had many, many meals there the past 2 years, and I’ve honestly never left disappointed. The portions are generous, the flavors are spot on, and the value is outstanding. It’s the kind of place you keep coming back to because you know the quality will always be there.

Great food, great people, and a place that genuinely feels like home.

My friends and I came here for lunch and food was amazing! People were raving about the place before we walked in. I took recommendation from a regular to try the Bronx panini and it was excellent. I am happy we tried it and are looking to come back for breakfast. I wish I took a picture of the food but I forgot because it was so delicious. Great job Mario and team!

Order the lasagna. It had zero meat but had a lot of spinach.. it definitely not what the description said. As again had zero meat in it and I did not want a vegetarian type of Lasagna or looking for it. No bread at all included. Only good part of it was the sauce. And even though the sauce had zero meat. I try a place one time and look at it like this if they can’t get it right the first time why would I ever order from there again. The sad part is if it had been good they would have had me and my wife business regularly as we order out every day. So looks like the search is still on for a place that has good lasagna, the other foods.. i have had better Italian food back down in the south then I have had here. That’s sad

What an unforgettable experience! Mario, the owner, treated us like family from the moment we walked in. Even though we arrived just before closing with a party of 9, he welcomed us with nothing but kindness and generosity. While we waited for our order, he surprised us with complimentary house wine and a delicious cheese board—completely unexpected and so appreciated. That level of hospitality is rare and truly speaks to his heart and pride in his restaurant. The food was excellent, but the warmth, respect, and genuine care made the night special. This is the kind of place that keeps you coming back—not just for the Italian food, but for the people. Thank you, Mario, for making us feel like family. We’ll definitely be back!

So glad I stopped by 🙂 my mom has been recommending this place for the past three months and since I was in town for a visit we stopped in. This is a 10/10 recommend and if we lived here we’d be regulars for sure.

Location: It’s right at the end of Davis road so if you’re coming from that road it is a bit of an awkward direct shot into the lot, but if you’re coming from the left or right it’s extremely easy to get into. It’s also got tons of parking and is wheel chair accessible.

Staff: Mario was actually in person when we went which was super nice. The entire staff was super friendly, chatty, and helpful. It was our first time so we asked for recommendations on what to get and they knocked it out of the park, recommending the most popular items, La Mortadella and the Bronx.

Food: We went for lunch and got the La Mortadella and a half of the Bronx. La Mortadella was literally to die for, I cannot recommend it enough. The Bronx was a super good size for a half portion (as big as the mortadella). Only item of note was it had tapenade on it which I did not realize ahead of time, which is 100% my personal bad since I don’t love olives. Either way we still ate both in their entirety and if we were staying in the area longer we’d definitely go again to try other items.

Pricing: Reasonable, $22 for two sandwiches which were good portions and filled us up. Same price as Panera or subway at this point with inflation, but much higher quality and fresh ingredients. Great bang for the buck.
