I LOVE it when I find people that actually think and this Panera has a very thoughtful employee! I ordered a salad through the app and apparently forgot to order the dressing on the side. The Panera preparer either noticed I had asked for hummus on the side or looked at my previous orders. Whatever. Kudos to the employee for using their common sense!! ❤️
Also this was the BEST salad I’ve ever eaten at Panera! Super fresh greens and plentiful ingredients! Panera is the best!!!

Really good service here! They said I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my coffee because the machine started cleaning itself, which was totally fine with me because it’s understandable. I had no problem with it, but when they gave me my coffee, they said I could have a free pastry of choice too when I wasn’t expecting anything! The staff were really nice and communicative and I had a good overall experience!

I came in to get a sandwich and some soup. I got both of them but I just don’t see the value of this restaurant!
The sandwich was good.. the soup bowl that I got was barely filled to 2/3 if that!! For $9 for a bowl of soup and a little chunk of bread you should be getting a big, huge bowl !!!
I won’t be coming back I just don’t see the value of $23.00 for an average sandwich and a small bowl of soup
The dining room was somewhat cluttered with dirty dishes I think they need to hire a few more people in the evening..

The food was really good here but what really stood out was the manager they had on duty when we came. My fiance’ forgot that she couldn’t eat certain meats since she’s pregnant and the manager, after she had eaten some of both the sandwich and salad graciously replaced both items with something my fiance’ was able to eat even though it was completely our fault. She was amazing! Great Panera location!

Ordered a chicken Cobb salad and broccoli soup. For the salad, it didn’t come with dressing and the bread comes with no butter, when I requested some, the employee rudely said “don’t have any!”. Salad costs $16.00 and was half way filled. Terrible customer service totally deserves 0 star. Customer service is key when it comes to food service and I can see this store closing in the near future.

If zero stars were an option, that’s what I’d give. My food wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be, and when it finally came out, the presentation was terrible-sloppy and unappealing. It’s clear there was no attention to quality. This isn’t the service or standard I expected, and I won’t be coming back. Panera Bread has lost me as a customer. Do not ask for more information or send me an email. I’ve made my decision.

Great, clean place. Food is good as usual. Very clean and spacious place. Visited on a weekday evening, lines were almost none existing, service was really fast and accurate. Our food was ready rather quickly. This is the first Panera we visit were there no table service. We had to pick up our order from the window instead of being brought to our table. It felt weird. Place was amazingly big, clean and very well set up. Service was friendly and great.
