This is seriously the worst subway I have ever been to. They can’t make a sandwich right to save their lives. Idk how it is so hard to follow printed instructions and juat make the sandwich they was its asked for. I only order from this location because its conveniently in the same parking lot I work in. I order online and 9 times out of 10 its completely wrong. And heaven forbid you take the sandwich back in for them to fix then they are completely rude and act like its my fault they can’t do their job. Picture of my most recent order. No veggies and it isn’t even toasted.

The food was not made right- brown lettuce. After she served us, she was sweeping by the food and coughing a lot without covering her mouth. Sitting in dining room and she was sweeping around us. Dirt was flying up from her broom.

Took them 20 minutes for them to build me one sandwich a foot long, and there was two people working there. I was the only person there and one of them didn’t even help the other person nor acknowledge any customers she was sitting there with her AirPods in never visiting this location again service was horrible. They had no ice.

Guy Making Sandwiches was not wearing his mask, it was down on his chin, not covering his mouth, or nose, he was hunched over the sandwiches!! I refused the order, told them to refund my credit card for the order. I am a transplant patient, and I cannot afford to get coronavirus it will kill me, and he was spewing germs all over my food. If you ate here, and got coronavirus, he gave it to you. Unacceptable, he should be fired. I wish I could have given less than one star!!

I have been ordering at this location since I started working at Exxon just down the road; pretty much almost everyday…. I have not had bad service not once the staff here is always friendly and joyous I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this location. Great group of people , this place will be missed once Ive completed my part on this project. Thank you guys if you ever happen to read this !

Im currently pregnant. My fiance ordered a veggie deluxe on flatbread for me, toasted with pickles , onions, olives, honey mustard , bacon & cheese. I always get this sandwich. My baby doesn’t like mayonnaise so i try to stay away from it. He brought the sandwich home and nothing that we ordered to be put on it was there besides the onions, olives & bacon. The sandwhich had cucumbers, mayonnaise, a pile of lettuce, red onions & some bacon. I couldnt even finish it, i ended up puking because of the smell of the mayonnaise. I’ve always ordered this sandwich before and this is the third time they have messed it up. Im disappointed & will never go there again.
