Went in to order a Sunday for my son. When I got to the counter I ordered the Sunday the girl said hold on and left the counter and came back and told me the Sunday machine was working and she took my order. We waited for 15 minutes she came back and told me the machine wasn’t working what else did I want. Told her I didn’t want anything else I would just like my money back. I told her I will come back another time. She told me she could not give me a refund I had to order something else I would not give me my money back. I literally stood there arguing with her for over 30 minutes over a $5 order. Finally I told her I was calling the police. She got on the phone with another manager the other manager on the phone said to offer me a gift card which I also declined and said I paid with cash I want my cash returned. At this point I did not plan on returning to this store. Finally the girl went in the register took the $5 out slapped it on the corner and pushed it at me with a disgusting attitude. I called on another day left a complaint they told me a manager would contact me no one has contacted me yet.

Burgers were great kids meal was great! Chicken sandwich had absolutely no flavor coleslaw was flavorless! And when I got my half green beans and half sweet potato fries total disappointment!! That’s all I ordered for myself and didn’t even eat it! Ordered in drive thru for fast service ended up waiting about 15 minutes. I’ll stick to the chino hills location!!

Teriyaki burger is a scam, they don’t put pineapple around the meat, just a small piece, it didn’t have teriyaki sauce and what they did was give me extra sauce. The place is dirty. I do not recommend it

Jacky the manager was so amazing! My co-worker and I stopped in there after a long day of working outside in the heat. Jacky greeted us upon arrival and was super helpful when I ordered my meal. She was even transparent with anything that may have an up charge. My co-worker didn’t order but she offered him a cup of water and reminded us to stay hydrated in the sun! Jacky was a bright light and happy energy and I was thoroughly impressed! I have not met such a wonderful food service employee/manager in recent memory which is why I felt compelled to leave this review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
