I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS PLACE ONLY HAS 1 REVIEW. Ya’ll don’t sleep on this place. They have THE BEST Birria tacos (i always get the birria pizza) i’ve ever had thus far. Everywhere else i’ve tried, the flavor does not match up to this place. The gentleman and woman that works there is so kind and work their tails off. YA’LL NEED TO TRY IT!! Try their birria pizza!! I ordered a medium today and and a chicken and cheese quesadilla for my toddler. I wish i took a pic before we inhales 80% of it lol. But here’s a pic i was able to take this time.

I was shopping 12/21/24 with my daughter and my wife asked if I wanted to meet up for lunch so I told her there was a Mexican Restaurant where I was so we sat down for no more than a minute at one of the tables while we waited for my wife. I greeted very rudely I’m guessing by the owner/cook telling me that these tables were for paying customers and that we needed to leave! So not only did I not spend my money there but I never will. Also, I’m a local guide and this will be seen by thousands of people. DO NOT EAT HERE! The people are extremely RUDE and further observation was also not very clean. Do yourself a favor and go to a real established Mexican restaurant up the road.

We loved El Zarape authentic Mexican food! It has an actual dining area to sit down and enjoy your meal. The red salsa had a nice slow burn heat that I love. The corn tortillas were amazing, as well as the pollo, carne asada, and nachos that we shared. I highly recommend this place for a quick bite with family and friends! They serve the most authentic Mexican food I’ve had in a few years now.

the food was good but overpriced. I didn’t get a drink for the same reason (and still paid $15plus. I would go back only if I were really craving something and i couldn’t get it elsewhere in that moment. Restaurant stand is inside a flea market and restrooms are a bit aways too.

Closest thing Ive come to real Mexican food while living in nc. The flavor is amazing and the birria tacos are to die for. The women and man who work there are so kind and they definitely get down in the kitchen.

This place is a hidden gem! Went to the flea Market for the first time and found this restaurant…the Birria Tacos/MULITAS #18 are out of this world delicious! I am surprised with how many reviews this place have. Should have much more.!
