Everything about this restaurant was perfection! Our server was amazing – every single dish was incredible! I’m still thinking about all of the amazing food. This will be the place I’m taking all of my family and friends who are visiting. The tomato-tini is a must along with the focaccia and fillet sandwich. Also the date coffee cake?! Delicious!

Best, most delicious elevated new restaurant we’ve been to in months. The place opened last Oct. Very unique counter seating experience – we loved watching the chefs work and learning the origin of each dish. Had the focaccia, tuna carpaccio, fish fillet sandwich, lobster pot pie, and date cake. There were no “favorites” because every dish was . Lastly the meal was also terrific value for how elevated each dish was. Would absolutely come back. Very excited about this restaurant addition in Williamsburg

This is an honest review. I really wanted to like this spot and was excited to check it out. My husband and I went on a Friday night at 9:30 and when we arrived we were told they didn’t have the lobster puff pastry. That was a bummer because I had seen other reviewers and really wanted to try it. Instead, we ordered some cocktails and our server was lovely. The issue was the food. Our first course was the tuna with pork belly. Separately, they tasted pretty good, but together the textures were all wrong. The 2nd course we had the filet o fish and it had NO SALT added to the fish filet. This is a tragic move and as a result it was difficult to enjoy. The middle of the sandwich that had the sauce was good, but the large pieces sticking out of the bun were flavorless due to lack of seasoning. The next course was the branzino which was cooked really nicely, but was covered in sauce and herbs that it was impossible to detect where all the bones were in the fish making it difficult and hazardous to eat. Due to the awkwardness of pulling the bones out of my mouth as I ate, I would not get this dish again. We also got the persimmon donut with ginger ice cream which was lovely.

The biggest issue was about 15 min after leaving the restaurant and husband and I had stomach pain and upset stomachs needing the restroom immediately. TMI, I know… but I wouldn’t want anyone else to get sick because it ruined our plans for the evening. I reached out to the restaurant and the customer service was pretty awful with a response of “we will look into it. We take our customer health seriously”, but after an almost $300 check for 2 people you would think that would have been handled a bit differently. Needless to say I won’t be returning and please proceed with caution if you plan to.

stunning atmosphere, exceptional service, and even better food. boro brine is one of those rare spots where everything hits at the same time — the vibe, the pacing, the hospitality, the plates, all of it. the presentation is wild in the best way, and the flavors were insane…the kind of dishes you’re still thinking about days later.

that lobster pot pie? unreal. they could sell that by itself on a street corner and i’d still pull up every other day. every course felt intentional, layered, and honestly just fun to eat. drinks were fantastic too…you can tell there’s real craft and thought behind every cocktail.

thank you to the entire boro brine team for the care, the energy, and the great experience. absolutely worth the hype! can’t wait to come back.

So good I’m going back next week for my husband’s birthday! Service was lovely, ambiance was great, and the food was outstanding, it was genuinely so tough to pick a favorite. Cocktails were also delicious! Would recommend for a date night with your partner and/or with your friends 🙂

Everything was so amazing, from the decor/seating, food, and service. Their menu is primarily seafood forward, but the pairings were so unique and flavorful. We loved the tuna carpaccio with pork belly and tartare from the appetizers and the fish filet from the mains. The persimmon donut with ginger ice cream was perfection. The back hosts an open kitchen concept, best for pairs or solo dining. Plates were changed often, and they took the time to explain each dish. Really incredible experience!

Absolutely loved Boro Brine! They accommodated us right before last call and did not rush us at all, the service was excellent and the experience was elevated without feeling stuffy. Everything we ordered was delicious, highlights of the night were the wagyu tartare and the sticky toffee date pudding. Also loved the ambience and playlist. Will absolutely be back!

one of the most satisfying meals i’ve had in a while. the food was excellent, applause for the fish fillet and fois gras congee (so rich and comforting). and as someone who always orders cocktails and rarely finishes them, the twilight dawn was an absolute win. really enjoyed the atmosphere, smart lighting placement and a pretty green theme at the bar. chic but cozy. and of course the service, which was sooo friendly and attentive. what a welcoming experience. thanks for the great meal and wishing boro brine all the success✌️

I came here twice in one month and both times the experience was great! Honestly a $98 tasting ($60 wine pairing) is such a good price for NY and their à la carte menu (pics below) did not disappoint either! The fusion flavors of flipino, Japanese and Korean influences really fit my palette so i personally loved it! My favorite dish was the filet o fish and the donut with persimmon jam was amazinggggg reminds me of a malasada was perfect!!
