I see that my husband post got a response from the owner. To clarify The young man delivering wasn’t really sure what to do when I informed him that this wasn’t the delivery time. He stayed my boss just sent me with it. I know it wasn’t the driver’s fault. I did then say whatever leave it but when We called to inform you that it was early And our party wasn’t starting for another hour you offered to send the driver back to pick them up and then remake them and deliver them at the appropriate time. We agreed that. But you then called back to inform my husband that since I was OK with taking which I wasn’t and that’s why we called to speak to management. The customer service was very disheartening.

We always love ordering from Guido’s. The pizza is amazing and the people there are always so nice. After I made an online order, I called in to confirm. They confirmed and delivered on time. Food was great! We will definitely be ordering from them again!

Very disappointed using the app we order three pizzas for my grandson‘s birthday party at 4:30. We ordered the pizza at 2 o’clock. The pizza was delivered at 3 o’clock when I spoke with the management at this particular facility. She was wondering if I ordered it for 430. It was on the app. She said she’d pick up the pizza then she called me back saying the driver said your wife said it was OK. We chose to keep the pizza and keep it warm self and fear they spit in it because of the hesitation of making it right I’ll never order pizza there again. I’ve had parties before I’ve ordered six large or extra large pizzas.
