Today was the first time I’ve ever had an issue at this location. I had placed a mobile breakfast order, stopped at the speaker and told the team member I was there for a mobile order and gave her my name. Somehow, I received someone else’s order and after telling the team member what I actually ordered, I was told that I was supposed to have stopped at the speaker and tell them in advance I was there for a mobile order (which I did). Not sure how all of this got mixed up. Maybe during peak times, have one lane for mobile orders and the other for window orders.
