Jimmy John’s is one of my favorite fast food joints, but every single time I come to this location they either get my order completely wrong or it never meets expectations. The past two times I have received one piece of turkey on my sandwich. I know this is not normal because other locations I have received more. When I ask for extra protein, I get two slices. Of these photos were taken on two separate occasions. On top of this, the person at the drive-through window a couple weeks ago gave me an attitude when I told her that they put My sandwich on bread when I asked for an un which. Location is horrible. Employees accused me of having a fraudulent gift card because they weren’t properly trained on how to enter one in the system had to make a whole mobile order while in the restaurant just to use my gift card, which was brand new employees and proceeded to give me attitude When they were at fault. Not to mention my food was also wrong employees need an attitude, adjustment, and better training.

We love Jimmy John’s but their quality control for delivery is lacking at this store. Every time we order delivery, something is wrong or missing. Missing sandwiches or chips or unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea. If you call they will correct the issue but you have to wait another hour to receive it. Quality check before leaving the store would easily correct the issue.

But today, I didn’t get a chance to indulge.
The drive thru had about two cars in front of me, not sure if it was an issue, but it was taking a while. Once I drove up to the speaker, I waited about a couple minutes then said hello, the lady Said” I said may I help you already”.. she actually said that..
I said ma’am, I didn’t hear you and why do you have a attitude. Another person got on the speaker he was pleasant. I said can I please speak with your manager because that lady shouldn’t talk to customers that way.. she gets on the speaker.. “I Am The Manger”. I couldn’t believe it. I said you need to go back to training and learn about customer service skills and how to interact with customers.. I drove off and told her I would be reporting to the district manager.
She was so horrible that it caused me to write this review.. This woman should not be representing Jimmy John’s Company and what it stands for.
Update, I sent a email as suggested. Someone read it and never responded.. Just Horrible service all around..
