Gave this subway two tries (order for pickup). Just wanted to make sure it wasn’t a mistake or something routine.
The portion is HORRIBLE! And something always missing.You ask for extra veggies (you get 1/2 ) Meat is 40% compared to what they give at other subways.
Im comparing them to the Subway on Dempster by Target store. I have bought the chicken protein bowls from both places twice and the comparison is unmatched. Drive and extra 2 mins to the Subway by target to get twice as much food for the same price.

Tried serving me a cold meatball sandwich. Had them remake and they gave me attitude. This time she tried toasting my sandwich which I didnt want. If you can’t keep a featured menu item hot then you pull it off the menu. The place has done it before. The workers were rude the entire process as well as if it were my fault. Horrible people

I ordered a sandwich but told the subway employee no ham just turkey she said no sandwich comes with turkey and ham that’s how it comes as I was arguing with her, thank god.The other employee that was next to her.Heard me arguing and said no problem.I’ll make you a sandwich without him.And made the sandwich without him.How does that make any sense if i’m paying for a sandwich?And I don’t want a particular item on it.I’m not asking for anything extra.Just don’t want the ham.You’re telling me that you have to make it with the ham.And that’s how it comes.All I know is I will not be buying subway any more at this store

They really need to think about who they hire. I went in, and the employee just gave me the thousand-yard stare and said, ‘We’re closed.’ This was at 9 p.m., and the store hours on the door clearly said they were open until midnight. So I went outside, and the guy just let another person in and made them a sandwich.

Poor customer service no coupons and false advertising per the lady behind the counter the prices advertised on the menu have been that way for a week now even though prices now went from 9.99 on the menu to 11.03, despite having it still advertised as 9.99 she said they will change it tonight after calling her boss saying they forgot to change it…and regarding the coupons she said to download the app come to find out the dont even participate—make your way to the greenwood and ballard one 100x better. Second photo is other subway 2$ less than this one

Subway really needs to look into who they hire, and are actually following the correct way of how to handle food and proper hygiene. Meaning please teach the employees to change their gloves whenever they are double tasking touching food and handling money. Also especially this location stop being so cheap with the ingredients you put into someone’s sandwich. subway it’s cheap but why you have to be so cheap too? By the way the fountain machine is a rip off nice try in the watering down the drinks. Shame on you guys! Do better

This lady got my order all wrong and covered up the station so we can’t see how she’s making it. Slow also. Needs to be fired. Couldn’t even understand what she was saying and can’t read what the number 10 all American club offers because I got roast beef and chicken in my sandwich.
