Called and asked if they had indoor seating and they asked me why ..? I said because I didn’t want to eat the ice cream in my car and they just hung up on me. Never got an answer and I’ll never go there now. It’s November. I’d have gone if it was summer and ate the ice cream outside but now they’ve lost a customer for life. What is with young people these days? Just cost the owner the business of my whole family and many people I know because they have NO MANNERS.

Worst experience I’ve had there since they opened! Ordered a peanut buster parfait, small chocolate shake and a banana split. Gave the woman my money she closed the window never gave me my change! Had to ask for change and a receipt! Tried to give me a brownie delight instead of the banana split! Had to ask 3 times for a receipt! One of those times the older worker that was there closed the window as I was asking! Then when I asked a third time she acted annoyed that I wanted my receipt! They were busy in the drive thru as it is a popular place that’s why I gave 3 stars instead of lower for bad professionalism at the window and messing the order up initially!

Dairy Barn is located a couple of blocks off of the main highway running through Eldorado. I was in the area and in the mood for some Ice Cream after dinner, so I decided to checkout Dairy Barn. They offer a wide variety of Ice Cream flavors available in shakes, malts, etc. I had a peanut butter shake. I ordered a medium and it was a pretty good size for the price. The staff was friendly and the service was good too. They’ll definitely get my return business whenever I’m in the area again.

My order has been very hit and miss this past season. I like a chocolate malt and when they make a chocolate malt its delicious. But the last 2 out of 3 times I have gotten an order from here my chocolate malt has tasted like a vanilla shake. Still tastes great, but not at all what I ordered. Edited* The last few times my family and I have visited the service been great and the orders have been perfect. Great job to the Dairy Barn team!
