We used Knotty Pine for our wedding desserts and they were incredible!! They were able to customize exactly what we wanted and everything was SO delicious! I’ve never been to a wedding where every single cupcake was eaten, people couldn’t get enough!! Special note on their GLUTEN FREE cupcakes…. they’re amazing.. hands down the best we’ve ever had!

Marie did an absolutely phenomenal job with my wedding cake and cupcakes this October!!! The cake was beautifully moist and delicious and everyone raved about them at our wedding! We did the almond cake with vanilla buttercream frosting for our cake and it was SOOOO good!!! The salted caramel almond were a crowd favorite, but we also really loved the vanilla, chocolate, red velvet and carrot cake cupcakes! I’m not sure if we can wait a whole year to eat the leftovers we put in the freezer for our one-year wedding anniversary because it’s just that good! Everything was also very beautifully and professionally decorated and they delivered them all on our wedding day without any issues. ☺️ Thank you so much!! We love Knotty Pine Bakery!!

Everything was absolutely delicious and the gluten-friendly cupcakes we added at the last minute were described as the “best gluten free cupcakes I’ve ever had in my life”. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with their cake. I thought it was well worth thr money. We got a strawberry vanilla cake. And got strawberry filling on the inside. It reminded me of almost a delicate smooth soft pound cake with velvet frosting. Very very good. I will surely recommend them to people, and will buy from. Thrm again. Very happy. The smallest size cake fed 6 people. And there is leftovers. A little goes a long way, specially with ice cream!

I am excited for this new business! Excellent potential! One star deduction from rating for 2 reasons:
1) The chocolate chip cookies had walnuts in them, but were not labeled as “with nuts”. Since it was more a preference than an allergy, there was no crisis. I gave feedback, and they added it to the label.
2) At 10am the stock of things was very minimal and they had run out of many things.
These are obviously part of the growing pains of a new business, and I look forward to returning and revising my rating, hopefully to 5 stars.
Suggestions: butter available (for rolls, muffins, etc.), a microwave to warm muffins and rolls (this is a cold climate, and having warm offerings will make the difference for us between going vs. Not going in cool months). Chocolate things aside from chocolate chip cookies, and if chocolate chip cookies are to remain, please offer with and without nuts, espresso/cappuccino

Knotty pine made our wedding cake, and it was both delicious and beautiful! They have gluten free (but no vegan) options, and there was plenty of cake for everyone. Would recommend!
