Had a late lunch here yesterday. I’d have to give this place 4 ⭐️s. It was good but not great. The food had mixed reviews. Our burgers looked and tasted great! They were piping hot and tasted 100% fresh. The fries I’d give a B to. I actually asked the cashier for fresh fries. She responded saying she was pretty sure they had recently come out. I even told her I would be Google reviewing our experience. And it’s totally possible that they were pretty fresh when she said that. Part of the problem may have arisen from the fact that nearly 10 minutes elapsed between our order being taken, and receiving our food. There was a nice couple ahead of us in line who also waited an enormously long time for their food. While our cashier was super nice, I’d still have to give service a B+. The interior of the restaurant was neat and clean. Bathrooms and parking lot were also. Re: parking…there was a moderate amount of parking available close by. Additional parking was also available slightly further away as it was located in the parking lot of a strip mall. They also had a cool self service ordering station which was interesting and something I’ve never seen before, and of course a drive thru. So overall 4 ⭐️ s. It’s. It the best BK I’ve eaten in, nor the worst. Service and food quality could be improved.

This establishment has come a long way since opening. I decided to give them a try again some years later and they are good now. Breakfast fresh and hot. Burgers and fries excellent! Chicken sandwich could be better, perhaps cooked more crispy ( fresher and more lettuce and a tad less mayo). Other than that you guys rule !

I’ve consistently had great service/food at this location. There was a period of time (probably a year ago) when they seemed to be slow during several of my visits, but lately that hasn’t been my experience. Their fries are delicious and always hot. Gary at the first window is super nice, as-is everyone else, but his name tag was the only one I read before driving off.

Poor service. We went into Burger King to get dinner. We stood at the counter for about three minutes and nobody said a word to us. Then a woman employee with reddish hair asked me if I was paying in cash or card. I told her card. She told me go use the kiosk. First of all, I had my 92-year-old mother with me and I am not good with technology myself being in my 60s. So just being dismissed and told to go use the kiosk is ridiculous. These people are there to service the public. They are getting paid to service the public. So I went over to the kiosk and tried to use it and couldn’t find one of the deals on it. So I went back up to the counter and I told the same woman that I was having difficulty. A young gentleman was sitting and having his lunch on break and she started yelling at him to help me. He had earbuds in and could not hear. I believe his name was Eric. So I went over to him and said Eric and he took his earbud out. She told him to help me on the kiosk, instead of helping me herself. He was a very nice young man and helped me to place the order. This person should not be servicing the public in any way because she is rude and doesn’t even care to do her job. Forcing somebody when they’re on their break to work is against Maryland labor laws. I hope the management takes care of the situation.

They are soooo slow!! When I pulled up to the window I was left to just sit there for several minutes. Finally a young girl opened the small window and asked what I ordered. I had only ordered two fish sandwiches which they apparently didn’t see on their screen and had to make. I was asked to pull around the building and there I sat for over 10 minutes more!! The same girl brought them out and handed them to me without even an apology. If they had been doing their job it wouldn’t have taken as long as it did, but the child was busy looking at her nails and checking her phone. I won’t be going back!! Only good thing I can say is… at least the food was hot.

Had a great experience, and it’s been awhile since I’ve gotten good customer service at a fast food joint. I wish I had gotten the employees name, but I even commented on how quickly and efficiently she handled our whole transaction. Keep up the good work, we’ll keep choosing your store!
