This place is awesome! There were 12 in our group. Our waitress was incredible. When she brought our food, I stood up and looked at one of the trays of food and realized I could have ordered anything and I wouldn’t have gone wrong. Everything looked amazing. Then I stated eating. The food was awesome!!! Everyone else said the same thing about what they ordered. This is not the first time I’ve eaten here. And it won’t be the last!!

Y’all this place is like a mullet. Business in the front (this the BBQ), party in the back (this is the Cantina). Jeremy though busy made sure all his tables were taken of and checked on regularly.
We ordered the Silver Star Queso-this is their signature au gratin…can I just say every other queso is yellow or white with rotele or the like…this Queso says MOVE OVER THERE IS SOMETHING NEW IN TOWN.
Entrees where the chile relleno with chicken. Look at the pic. It’s huge. Very tasty. Rice is not typical spanish which is a nice change. Second entree was the chicken fajitas with tiger sauce. Now you have to ask for that and I suggest you if you like their tiger chicken.
We will be back to try more of the party (in the back)!

I have always had great service and great meals at Silver Star off of 80 @220. Our Bunco group had our Christmas get together at the North Airline site last night. Serve never came back to get us drink refills, but she was a good serve. My question is: is a loaded Spud $22.00 with a glass of water, tax and tip? No meat on the Spud.

I think you should generally be ashamed of the food you put out for the price point you set. Apparently, your staff couldn’t figure out how to cook 3 steaks correctly. They were having issues with a filet that was too thick to cook to medium. It was still a good medium rare instead of medium. Overcooked two 20 oz ribeyes. We said they were okay but it’s because we did not want to wait another 90 minutes to see if you could get it right.

Service was awful. Showed up at 4:02 pm. My wife and I were the only customers in the restaurant. Ordered two ribeye steaks medium well. Waited almost an hour, for what should have taken fifteen minutes or less, and decided to walk out. The waitress almost ran into us with the order. By that time the onion rings were cold, and we were not happy. Asked for the manager hoping to be comped for at least part of the bill, but nothing. Not even an I’m sorry. The next time I want a steak, I am headed to 2Johns. Won’t be returning here ever.

Amazing food and 5-star service! Had an unfortunate mix-up with a group dinner, but the servers and management were super great about fixing it and super professional, which meant that we all still had a great night! Thanks to the whole team. The fried avocado stuffed with cheese and tenderloin was incredible and cooked to perfection! Highly recommend. The salads look amazing too. Definitely look forward to visiting again.

My husband and i visited your restaurant last night. We looked at the menu and ordered. We received our food and then commenced the fiasco. I ordered the redfish with balsamic glaze, green beans, and side salad. My husband ordered the three meat dinner and baked potato with butter, cheese, and bacon. He ordered double the brisket and ribs. The waitress asked him if he wanted the thin side of the brisket or the fatty side of the brisket. He said the fatty side. The fish came out way overcooked, and super salty. My husbands brisket was tough and flavor subpar and not the fatty side. I specifically asked the waitress if wheat products were used with the fish. She went to ask the kitchen and came back to assure me that they did not. The first bite was nothing but salt and a flour texture. I had to send back the green beans due to too much sugar in them. I have celiac disease. I have been sick for 24 hours after eating at your restaurant. To make matters worse, no toilet paper in the bathroom. Your food is hazardous, subpar, and your facility is unappealing and nasty. I will never be back but this is what you get when there are 20 yr old running the restaurant, the waitresses was good but no manger around

The service was great. The nachos where the best. My wife had a salad with beef. The beef was kind of fatty but she ate it anyway. My kids had the turkey and it was great.
