Went to this location for the first time, and it was not good at all. I ordered a large matcha latte replace the milk with almond milk and no ice. I also ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese on sourdough bread. They told me I would not get the full drink because it was no ice and its an already pre measured drink, sure. There was no sense of measurement being followed as the pictures show. On top of that they gave me regular milk, so couldn’t drink my small sized drink anyway. Then the sandwich was just sad but comical, why am I getting so much bread, it felt like I ordered half a sandwich. The person taking my order was very rude, did not even let me finish saying what I wanted to order, cut me off at every item. Very disappointing breakfast and service.

Didn’t appreciate the vulgar ghetto rap music playing and being sung to by the food prep guys! Atmosphere is terrible. Store is run down. Makes a person wonder if the food is bad or not! Very poor image for a duncan donuts! Been to lots of them from here to Ohio. This is the worst.

They were able to correct the mistep of the Hamilton Road location and didn’t even charge me even though it was another Dunkin that messed up! Great people and they really deserve a pay raise and perhaps they should train other Dunkins on Customer Service!!

We recently started visiting this Dunkin and I gotta say they are really hit or miss when it comes to the quality of their food and the accuracy. We have gone quite a few times in the last several weeks and it’s almost guaranteed that they will forget the sprinkles if you order a sprinkled donut ( ♀️) .. I also wouldn’t recommend ordering the breakfast tacos on their own, because there’s really not a lot there. I order the hash browns on the side and add them to the tacos and together they are really good! The reason we keep going back is because we love the refreshers! My husband also loves their maple donuts and their breakfast sandwiches are delicious (although a bit expensive).

We usually like to go to this Dunkin but the service at the drive through has not been great the last two times. No customer service skills. Today they were so caught up in their staff conversation that there was no customer service at all. No smile, no hello just handed me my food and then forgot to give me my coffee and shut the window.
