This place takes you back in time in a really cool way. When you walk in, you can feel what it was like and almost travel back in time to imagine it.
They have a really cool bar with lots of options and some snacks and sandwiches to enjoy the vibe and atmosphere.
What I found really cool is that a lot of younger people were there (maybe because of the nearby university). Also there are so many tables outside in a very cozy village (perfect for sunny days).
We ordered the Dairyman sandwich, cottage chips and the BLT chicken wrap which were super tasty, I just think the Dairyman was too small.
The only thing that didn’t give it a 5 star rating was the customer service at the cashier. Unfortunately it wasn’t the best approach and service. Despite that, I really think it’s a great option to have a good meal in a nice place.

I’ve been here a few times now both solo and with friends and it’s always a good time. Decor and vibes, it’s hard to beat this place – it’s clean, warm, welcoming, and trendy. Lots of seating options and the back corner with the couches is so cozy.
As far as food and drink offerings, they have a lot of solid options. I mostly come for a drink and to read or catch up with friends, but their sandwiches and deli side definitely look appealing.
I’ve had several cocktails and mocktails here and I think overall, the drinks are tasty and standard priced. Service has never been an issue, whether it’s relatively empty or a little busier, the waitstaff is friendly and fast.
I will say on my most recent visit, I had the “warm & toasty” which I expected to be hot, like a hot toddy or hot cocoa? but it was basically a marshmallow old-fashioned. Tasted fine, but the main reason I ordered it was because I was cold and wanted to warm up! The rest of the people in our group were confused as well, but other than that, this is a reliable go-to!

We hosted my daughter’s event here and I will sing their praises because they were just so accommodating! I cannot thank Zach and his staff enough for making it an unforgettable day for our family & friends. They had everything set up, organized and beautiful. If you’ve never visited, you must! The decor is on point…antiques, a large communal table, tucked-away seating that feels pub-like along with outdoor seating with string lights above! It is absolutely magical. Everyone kept talking about how good the food was and they weren’t wrong! The space allowed everyone to visit comfortably and was the perfect backdrop for her event. Thank you so much Theodore’s!

Frustrating and inconvenient that each time I’ve been they have decided to close earlier than scheduled. Makes me feel unwelcome as a customer despite there being multiple tables occupied up until they decide to go home. Also annoying that I had to hunt down a bartender each time we ordered drinks.

Hosted my sister’s baby shower here and it was absolutely perfect! The venue is beautiful, food is excellent, and staff are so wonderful. Barbara was incredibly helpful in planning food/drinks and making arrangements as I was organizing from out of town. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

I have only eaten at Theodore’s a handful of times but have always been satisfied. I picked up the charcuterie board as a study snack and tried the Ferrier sandwich (which is a huge portion btw!). Both are supper yummy and I will definitely eat here again!

Tried this place twice, ordered the ultimate grilled cheese on both occasions, both times it was cold in the middle, the cheese was not melted, and it was very clearly nasty Kraft singles. I’d expect something more artisanal and high-quality for the price point ($11.00). Will not be going back a third time.

Gross! I ordered Caesar salads but received only the core of the lettuce and salad dressing. Their pita chips and hummus were potato chips and hummus. There was no ice for the lemonade. Also, there was a bug in my salad.
