I ended up spending almost an entire day at Tavern on Broadway because of work that ran from late morning straight into the evening, and honestly it couldn’t have been a better place to work at.
By the time I finally got a chance to eat, I was starving — and the food absolutely delicious. The clubhouse with fries was excellent and exactly what I needed and was recommended by the bartender.
What really stood out though was the people. The staff was beyond nice and super friendly, and the manager especially made a point to be welcoming and attentive without being overbearing. You can tell they genuinely care about the experience there.
The atmosphere is great too — tons of TVs everywhere if you’re into sports, plus a really cool patio setup with a section that opens right up to the bar so you can get quick service without leaving your seat. Being close to downtown with plenty of free parking is a huge bonus.
Even on a weekday, the place stayed busy from about 11 AM until 7 PM while I was there, which says a lot about how popular it is. I can only imagine weekends are packed.
If I’m ever within miles of this place again, I’d come back without hesitation. Amazing venue and great experience all around. Messer approved! I will be back

A totally fun, boisterous sports bar. Went on Saturday and the college football games were on. It was lively and fun but not so loud that you couldn’t have a conversation.
The food was very good. Small snafu with the bread for the queso but the waiter immediately talked to the manager who came over and took care of it. Really great staff. The food was really delicious. My son had the charcuterie wrap and wow, fantastic (he gave me a bite).
Definitely will be returning, even though Prosper is pretty far from Flower Mound. It’s worth the trip!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at The Tavern on Broadway in Prosper, Texas. The burger was decent but very dry nothing memorable. The fries, however, were awful, hard, stale, and tasted old. When I brought it to the waiter’s attention, she brushed it off and said they “just have crispy fries,” instead of offering to fix the issue or replace them.
The lemonade was just as bad. It tasted like soda water mixed with sour, old lemon. When I complained, the response was simply, “That’s how we make our lemonade.” Every concern I had was met with an excuse instead of customer service.
On top of that, our waiter was not friendly at all very bland, unwelcoming, and unwilling to make things right. The overall vibe of the place was terrible and uncomfortable.
I will never go back, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Tavern on Broadway is quickly becoming the new go-to hangout spot in town. From the moment you walk in, you can seat yourself and immediately feel the welcoming vibe. The staff are fantastic, friendly, attentive, and keep the energy going throughout the night. There’s a live band to kick things off, and later in the evening a DJ takes over, keeping the party alive.
The tavern has both indoor and outdoor seating, making it a great spot no matter the weather. With a full bar and classic bar food done right, it’s the perfect place to grab a drink, share some bites, and enjoy the music. Whether you’re a local looking for your new neighborhood spot or just stopping by, Tavern on Broadway is worth the visit.

The Tavern was where we spent the evening. Excellent food and service were provided. The fries were ample, hot, and expertly seasoned, and the smash burger was probably the best I’ve ever had. Did I mention that the prices were reasonable? The best wait personnel and a lively environment prevailed. I heartily endorse this establishment!

Ok – STOP – stop hunting for the perfect burgers found it! Spot on delicious perfectly cooked and seasoned and the house fries with their homemade ranch. We came in for the Bloody Mary (it was so good too-no bells and whistles but equally as good). Our server was Lauren attentive and great recommendations. Do not pass GO- The Tavern is where you want to be- we’ll be back!

Love this place. Specifically the Broadway pizza. Atmosphere is great. Good patio when the weather is right. They have NA beer for those that don’t drink. All of the food items I’ve tried have been quite tasty and the portions are great. Good value for the money. A must stop in the Prosper area.

Stopped by for Martini Monday and had a fantastic experience! The Frites & Dip was generous and delicious, with crispy fries and three tasty dips. The Jalapeño Popper Dip was creamy, cheesy, and had just the right kick. Dirty martinis were perfectly made—smooth and well-balanced.
The atmosphere was relaxed early on but picked up around 5. Service was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Great food, great drinks, and a welcoming vibe—I’ll definitely be back soon!

food atmosphere very good. service bad. our server Q was on phone in back most of the time (but also not the only one on their phones), i had to keep asking for refill when empty glass just sat. we are super chill people and just was surprised by the lack of service. then a few days later he added his own $20 tip to the bill even though we had given him $55 cash. Manager was nice and refunded.

We sat outdoors and enjoyed a good beer, some jalapeño popper dip, panko chicken tenders, and the smash burger! Everything came out quick and was yummy. The bartender TJ gave us some great recommendations and attentive service. Lots of TVs to enjoy sports. Inside was very bar vibe which could be a +- for some. We will definitely be back to enjoy future basketball games and grub here.
