If you’re cruising down Ann Rd and craving legit tacos, you gotta stop by Don Tortaco. Their hard chicken tacos are seriously — crispy shells, packed with flavor, and everything tasted fresh and made to order.
I went on Taco Tuesday and the discount made it even better. Great food, quick service, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. You can tell they actually care about what they’re serving.

Today makes my second visit, first one being 2 days before Christmas. Angie is by far the kindest person I’ve interacted with. Food she suggested had me thinking and craving about it for month!! Carne asada quesadilla is a must have and today I tried the beef rolled tacos (same thing, she recommended) which was also good!! The food portions are generous and the breakfast burritos are served all day. That’s practically two meals for .e because it’s very big! I had to split it into two. Their shakes are amazing! Especially the mocha and the dulce de leche.

Went thru drive thru took a long time for one person to order not employees fault .get up to window took 5 min for someone to come to window .I had ordered carne asada nachos ..was trying to find out how big side of guacamole and sour cream for nachos .we’ll lady thought I ordered fries .couldnt understand me and I couldn’t understand her asked to speak to someone who spoke English. She said there was Noone was trying to buy extra side of guacamole and sour cream she said that they were $1.09 each gave her $3 waited for change again she didn’t understand. Guessing manager came to window she spoke English said i hadn’t given enough money for the guacamole and sour cream .sour cream over $2 and guacamole $1.47 .money wasnt an issue .it was the lack of customer service and a huge wait time ..food quality was excellent..but over 20 min in drive thru was outrageous

Food is good. I gave one star because I got notification from my credit card of their charge they made to my card. My bill was $46.56 and I was charged $55.87?! I sure did NOT authorize additional charges. I wasn’t even given an option for tip. So why the 20% UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE? hmmmm Let’s see what my bank has to say. I did not sign or put a pin number. I say fraud!!! Maybe the BBB will also have something to say. Shady business. Be careful with your debits.

I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to. I am very underwhelmed with service, and food. The cashier was very unprofessional, counting her tips in front of me as she took my order at the window. She asked me to repeat myself several times. I ordered two tacos, and waited 20 minutes. I was the only one in line at the time. Before handing me my food, she opened my box (without gloves), looked at it, and gave it to me. I will post a photo. I can taste the old grease and the chicken tasted like it was reheated in the microwave. First & last time here.

They do not disclose the correct price. They market one price but charge you a different amount, obviously higher, and they don’t even have the courtesy to do the minimum which is to verbally share prices changed unless you catch it when paying. Food was extremely salty, specifically the chips and I had some hope for the guac but disappointed as well.

For what it is, this is a decent spot. It’s no San Deigo taquaria but for Vegas it’ll do. They are always really polite and helpful. Wait times are 5-10 mins but my food is always piping hot.
