While in Ellenwood Georgia…stopped at the Waffle House for some breakfast for dinner. This location was clean and well run. The two young folks that took care of us were attentive and fast. Great experience.

This is the second time I’ve been to this Waffle House ON THANKSGIVING and everytime I come here my experience is fantastic. The staff here are some of the most hard working group of folks I have ever met. Not only are they hard working but their customer service is wonderful. We are always greeted and told to have a good day once we leave. The food is always 10/10 and they all work so well in unison with each other. I will be back!

Walked in no one greeted me I asked the young lady for the restroom location to wash my hands she gestured with her eyes. I smiled grabbed a menu to sit down and the customer directed me to the tray room.i come out back to the menu and seat if chosen. Guy named Corey ask me my order I ordered a cheessteak bowl extra steak with my meat drained and on a separate plate. With a cherry coke for dine in. For some reason he couldn’t grasp the concept of my order. Thank Gawd the cook understood the assignment. He had the audacity to bring my drink in ato go cup with plastic silver ware. I asked if I could have tall silver ware. Which I was told he’s trying to avoid dishes by the man seated behind me. Once the gentleman left and he removed his plate from the table he said aloud, “I love customers that clean up their mess!” I believe this young man shouldn’t be in the did service industry. No hair net uber that visor scratching his afro and not washing his hands is not acceptable! I shouldn’t hear you complaining aloud about washing the dishes.

Absolute worst. There are 6 people working but only 2 actually working. Watching a guy and a waitress stand in the back making goo goo eyes for 20 minutes, 1 waitress on her phone the whole time. Food was cold, sat there for 20 minutes on the counter because the waitress was too busy talking. The cook was kind and felt bad and apologized. But we will not be back

Went in to get breakfast everything was great. The food was great up until when it was time to leave the waiter literally ignored us. She was doing everything else but waiting tables. It was absolutely ridiculous. And the place was fully staffed she was all over the place. I didn’t even get a chance to get a to go box for my food due to me having to go. I went up to the register to pay. She had an extreme attitude. She rang me out and walked off before handing me my receipt extremely rude. I would not be back.

This waffle house is 2 for 2 on messing up my order i came in last week ordered my food and they messed up the order and the cook was outside getting high(for the record i dont care if you smoke as long as it doesnt affect your job). I came in again this time no one but me and the cook gave my food to someone else who handed him cash, so I had to wait for my food to get cooked again and watch the 5 people who came after all get theirs first.
