OVERCHARGING!
On 08/12/2025 I ordered a large coffee and two egg wraps and I was supposed to be charged $5.00 per the offer in my app. However, I was charged $9.42. I attempted to call them multiple times over three weeks and they never have answered the phone!
I also spoke to corporate and they requested that I get a call back from the franchise owner on three occasions when they sent this franchise three emails and they never responded. They are overcharging and are nonresponsive!

Was out on a bike ride and asked they could fill my water bottle with tap water. The server asked if I’d like ice! Sure would! It was 85 degrees out. I appreciate them supporting locals out biking and very much appreciate their fine service.

I used to think that Dunkin’ Donuts was about “donuts” and also offering coffee. Now that has flipped entirely. Their selection of donuts is sparse (took my grandson to get a donut). We took some home as well…big mistake! The one eaten in the store was not very fresh. The ones we “tried” to eat the next morning were like croutons..inedible. Their coffee is good (not great). So disappointing. I will be going elsewhere with my grandchildren.

This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts location in the area. There is a Koi Pond outside of it, and the area is very picturesque. The staff are friendly as well. The only downside is that they only have a few tables for seating inside, but I mostly do takeout.

Tastefully understated storefront, but hard to notice from traffic. Clean and well-run. Smaller selection of donuts than larger stores. Located next to future rail trail. Plenty of free municipal parking out back if you want to bike in this beautiful area.

I love going to the Dover Dunkin’! The staff knows my name and greets every single person with a smile. If you order ahead, your order is always waiting and if there’s ever any issue, they tell you when you walk in.. because, did I tell you that they know your name!? Most of the staff speak Spanish or Portuguese in addition to English… and they’re willing to help you learn if you want to try out your second language skills.
Bottom line: I pass three Dunkin’s to get to work. Dover is my first choice. 🙂
