No employee in the front of store an hour before close. Waited an epoch to get order taken. Older lady took order, acted like I was bothering her. The cookie was stale. Sandwich was alright, but there’s a better option across the street.

The store was clean and the two employees were friendly and professional. The younger lady seemed to be in training and did a good job building our sandwiches to our liking. I’m only awarding 4 stars as she forgot the cheese on both sandwiches and I wasn’t paying enough attention to mention it to her. The sandwiches were tasty even without the cheese.
We are disappointed that this store no longer honors any Subway promos or coupons as their prices are keeping us away. With a two dollar tip and tax two sandwiches were over $30. Maybe a once a month treat instead of a once a week treat at those prices.

Stopped in for lunch and the manager of the establishment made my sandwich. Very kind and friendly. Food was good as well. Highly recommend!

It just seems odd that being a subway and don’t take coupons that come in the mail. As someone else said the lettuce and spinach are not fresh. Sometimes it’s absolutely disgusting. No pride in their business. I tried to chat and joke with the woman. She totally ignored me. Customer service SUCKS. Why would people come back when they’re so unfriendly.

Small but food has always been fresh and great for me. Free refills on soda is a must for me. That can be a deal-breaker for me if place doesnt have it. I am happy to have this place close to me. Will always visit this one

Fast, good customer service. Store was clean and tables spaced out. The vegetables and the bread could have been fresher. The lettuce and spinach for example didn’t look very fresh.

Literally the worst subway I’ve ever experienced and I’ve worked at Subway before. They are slow, never have the items you want, and some of the employees make rude comments to the other employees. Today was the last straw when they literally ran out of bread two hours before closing time and refused to make more. What is the point of going to a subway when there is no bread to make subs with?! Just ridiculous.

This is quite possibly the worst subway I’ve been to. They are always understaffed, and the slowest service I’ve ever had at a subway. The manager has the absolute worst attitude and customer service. The employees never seem to be the same, and they are always goofing around, making rude comments to each other, or standing around.
