A cozy, Family owned little cafe with the best soups and sandwiches in town! I’ve grew up eating here my whole life. The toasted walnut chicken salad is 10/10! The cuban, club and Ruben sandwiches are a big hit! As well as the shrimp bisque soup and chicken enchilada. There’s many sandwiches and salads the choose from. You can get half of any sandwich with a 12oz bowl of soup as well as a drink for only $10.50! All food is made with high quality meats and ingredients! The atmosphere is very cozy, you’ll feel like you’re eating at grandmas house! Great service and a sweet staff. Regular customers come multiple times a week! If you’re ever traveling through, stop by and try it out!!

Husband ordered the Walnut chicken salad that came on a bed of lettuce with Mandarin oranges and I ordered the shrimp bisque soup with Walnut chicken salad, and if you order the soup they give you a smaller portion of the chicken of the salad.
Found a place to be very unique brick walls. You walk in and sit down and they come and serve you. The restaurant is very clean and very unique looking.

The Garden Café never misses. I always get their chicken salad with grapes and the shrimp bisque — my go-to meal every time. Fresh, flavorful, and consistently great. It’s definitely a small-town spot, but I’m from here, and if you’re ever passing through, make sure you try it.

The food and service were okay. But when a restaurant wants to pass along their cost of doing business in the form of their bank’s credit card processing fee, in this case 3.5 %, I refuse to patronize them. Bank Credit card fees for business owners have been around since credit cards were invented and suddenly business owners think they should be able to recoup those fees through their customers? NO!! It’s a cost of being in business! If you’re that desperate for profit, raise your prices. And they charged for a cup of water? I won’t be back even though the food was good….

Had lunch here for the 1st and it was great. The salad trios are a great menu item and hit the spot for a very good lunch that was both satisfying and filling. Prices were right and food quality was great. Service was good, but they appeared short handed which is a big issue all over these days.

What a great lunch experience my brother and I had at the Garden Cafe! I’ve been living in Waycross for 9 months now and this is the first time I’ve eaten here. The food was so good! I had the Toasted Walnut Chicken salad sandwich and the shrimp bisque soup…oh my, so good!! The atmosphere is very nice with the different tables and vintage chairs beautiful hardwood floors. I will definitely be back and next time sit outside in the beautiful patio. Oh and can’t forget to mention what a lovely waitress we had!
