So I was excited to find this place in Google after seeing the reviews and photos. Placed an order online which was very easy and even could use Apple Pay on their website. Was disappointed to find out that this is not a standalone restaurant rather than located inside the Willy’s or whatever it’s called. Wings were mediocre at best. Decent size but very dry. Flavors were not as good as they sounded online. Lemon pepper was too much and felt like chalk when I first took a bite. Because of all the seasoning. I also got their hottest flavor which was not hot at all. I thought it was going to be a wet rub but it was mostly dry. It had a kick but nothing spicy. Also the fries were cold and not crispy. Overall I wouldn’t come back. Service at the actual restaurant was good however.

We have been coming to the Willie’s in Sugarland for a about 5 years or so and every time we come we get Jaime as our waitress because from day one she has been very attentive and always has a cheerful attitude! Her customer skills are excellent!!! She is always going out of her way to make sure our order is correct and that the food is awesome!! She is very aware that customer service is what drives restaurant business!!

I absolutely love this location. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and as soon as we sat down our server came to the table read what we ordered and was very friendly. In a matter of minutes our appetizer was delivered. Once our food was at the table the manager Alex came by and made sure everything was good. I wish I remembered our servers name (young Hispanic male) he was one of the best we have had there!!! Keep up the good work SugarLand team!

Quick to eat. My server Keyonna was so sweet and attentive. She turned my mood totally around and I totally enjoyed my fried fish and battered onion rings, Which she suggested. The onion rings were extra good!! I’m glad that I stopped here. It’s not often that you find genuinely nice people! Keyonna was definitely a great part of my lunchtime

We ALWAYS ask for Cary to be our server. She is friendly, caring & efficient. Cary always makes us feel special when we arrive. Hubby loves the catfish and shrimp combo. I love the variety of salads. But we can never resist the fried jalapenos!

This is an online service that operates out of Willie’s Grill and Icehouse. Finally, take out wings that still stay crispy when you get home. The dry rub ones of course. Also, the ones on the bottom of the box are not a greasy mess and just as crispy.
