Last night I just wanted a pizza. Called about the $9.99 special. Was told it HAD to be ordered from the App. Fine, pulled over to download it. I deleted it a few yrs ago due to bad experience and I very rarely buy from them. For some unknown reason I wasn’t able to get into the app. I kept trying. Finally it said it went through but I wasn’t given my total of $21 until AFTER the order was placed. I called back to stop it because I didn’t order anything extra. He didn’t know what to say so decided I would go inside for help with it. The young man who said he was the manager said he didn’t get the order, doesn’t know ANYTHING about the app, couldn’t help me because that was ALL CORPORATE NOT HIM. He just kept looking at me as if I had the answers. Offered to do it on his phone but didn’t. Again with his quiet blank staring and waiting, NO suggestions. After stating that my only choice was the PICK UP SPECIAL which cost more with less toppings. After I ordered I was informed that SAUCE IS NOW CONSIDERED A TOPPING!! I’d never heard of that!! I paid and waited in my car because I’m unable to carry pizza, open door and walk with my cane. Forgot to ask him to please don’t burn it. Thin crust pizza is often burnt due to going through oven at same time as thicker crusts. Learned that the hard way. He did bring it out to my car, said he pulled it through so it wasn’t burned, and “have a nice day” it was night and that was it. He’s got a long way to go to have any customer service and be a manager. Pizza had HALF the amount of toppings it used to. I will NEVER go back or refer anyone else to go there.

Ordered with app arrived and it wasn’t ready. I waited as one employee is on the phone. Next my order comes out of the oven onto the floor. Some weird looking guy comes out of the back smelling of reefer telling me they will have to rebake. Told to wait another 10 minutes. Figured they would bring it on to my car since they are screw ups. Wrong went back in and there it is just sitting there. No sorry or apologies just a “Hey I know we are stupid here’s your order.

I ordered a build your own pasta with ONLY cheese and sauce. They get it right sometimes but most of the time they add chicken and seasoning to it. It’s just irritating paying almost 10 dollars for a little pasta (which is never filled all the way), just to not get what you ordered.

Their running online ad was very misleading. I ordered a specialty pizza but asked for extra cheese. I get home and it was nothing but a pepperoni pizza and definitely no extra cheese. Pitiful. On the other hand, the 2 men working there were very cordial and friendly. Next time I order from the Duquoin franchise, I’ll call in my order.

I ordered Domino’s over the phone. I was so lucky to get Debbie on the phone. She is so friendly and helpful! Her cheerful nature really made my day! I requested that she deliver my order and she got it here so quickly that it was still piping hot! You’ve got a real jewel of a worker in Debbie. I will always request her! Thank you!

This was my 2nd time visiting Domino’s in Du Quoin, IL. The first time I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and they forgot to put the Buffalo sauce on. I hate to leave a negative review over a single bad experience so I left it alone. This time they gave my order to someone else. It happens, no big deal. Here’s the problem. No one there had a clue what they were doing. They were all more concerned with clearing their order screen before remaking my order. I waited over 30 mins in-store for my remake. Then to top it all off, they still got my order wrong! Holy moley do I feel bad for the owners. I managed a Domino’s years ago and I can’t imagine how much money they’re hemorrhaging with a crew like that.

Was over an hour and ten minutes late last order I placed. Dominos website says it’s free after an hour as it should be. It take less than ten minutes to get anywhere from the store. The lady working today’s shift says they don’t honor that policy. Funny how employees think they are the owners. Nice attitude after messing my order up and taking over an hour. It’s not like I had a reason to be upset. But in today’s society the customer gets treated with an attitude even when wronged.

I had ordered a pizza from the duqoin il location.they only had 1 delivery driver and that it would be 1 hour wait i said ok.an hour and 15 minutes went by i politly called back the gal on the phone was pleasant and busy.well by the time the pizza arrived it was cold.i waited till next day being today and called tge manager was without emotion just salutions within the corporate guide lines on the policy of returned product ect.the people at this location handled my situation with fresh pizza delivered free of charge but apoligized to me where i thought i was sorry for not doing what i have in the past with other pizza places dominos still #1 delivery better logistics and possibly more drivers.(that show up).they got a customer in me for sure.i wanna thank the employees amd manager for not being judgmental and the young lady that took my order i hope you didnt get to far behind.im recomending your location to every social media outlet i can maybe it can help others.

Update** manager called today and replaced the whole order for free! That was so unexpected and awesome of him to do so I changed my rating cuz they atleast made it right even days later after I even forgot about it.

Placed an order spending over $50 and tipped decent and they never showed up and the guy hung up on me when I called. They did refund my money the next day cuz i had ordered online but worst experience ever! And they always forget my soda and sauce. Good customer service would have been talking to me and doing something free for the inconvenience and save .y order for the next day not hang up smh
