Mac and cheese is my ultimate favorite food of all time, and I had to check this place out. boy, it did NOT disappoint! I was able to make my own bowl and put in as many veggies as I wanted for free, which was super nice! The workers were very nice and explained the whole process! Then they had toppings such as garlic butter sauce and breadcrumbs they drizzle over, and it goes through a little oven to get all crispy! The price was very reasonable and it was amazing!! The indoor space is pretty big, and you can eat in or take out! I will deffintly be stopping back again!

The ladies working the shak on Easter Sunday were friendly, cheerful, and very helpful for first timers at the MacShak. The prices were fair for the amount of food you got. I got the flaming pig bowl and it was amazing- I think next time I would eliminate the hot sauce. Plenty of food to fill my belly at least 3 times with the large size.

The food was excellent. The prices were very fair, especially with nearby competition. Would definitely recommend coming here and spending 5 more bucks, rather than BK, McDonald’s or anything like that.

‼️A LOT of fantastic options and volume of food. 1 bowl lg can easily be split between two people my dish well omg! Was able to combine honey pepper and Mumbo sauce on my flaming pig bowl (I strongly recommend). delicious Can barely eat a quarter the amount of food and trust me I body build I can eat a lot for a girl lol. food to price ratio is fantastic reminds me of Hawaii mac style but the pleasant easy going vibes and genuineness with the people which leads me to ….

I’m not from the area and was passing through and saw a made to order Mac and cheese shop and had to stop and try it out, the employees are super friendly and outgoing. The food itself is probably some of the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had. Anytime I’m in the area I am stopping in at the MacShak!

I ordered online through Google which linked it with doordash somehow. Eventhough, I picked up the food in store. I found a short brown hair I’m my food and I have long black hair. I was told by the restaurant that I have to contact doordash for a refund. Unreal. After about 30 minutes of figuring out how to contact doordash, I was told I would be refunded in 7 business days. Poor customer service. Maybe hair nets would be helpful? Yuck! I included the pictures of what I found

Today was my first day at Mac Shack and from the moment I stepped in the door Jordan went above and beyond!! I mentioned to Jordan I never been there and Jordan explained what they offered by going over each menu in detail, then alerting me to taste the homemade Alfredo sauce, and after me trying the sauce Jordan even offered to make a fresh pot of Alfredo sauce! Then after the sauce was done allowed me to try the fresh pot! And Shelbey was very friendly and had amazing customer service! Over all amazing and not disappointed! The best part is you can customize your own to make it exactly how you want it! I can’t wait to try other options they have available! Especially the Flaming Pig! Thank you Jordan and Shelbey I’ll def be back for more!!
