The staff behind the counter are too busy looking down to help you. We ordered 4 different kinds of tacos and 4 different kinds of burritos. We couldn’t tell one from the other and when we asked her reply was THEY ARE LABELED.
Going forward we will order each person separately. I’m but I don’t know the taco bell wrapping system. Maybe have a poster explaining to YOUR CUSTOMERS how to read the wrap? JUST SAYING!!!

Constantly out of product every damn time I go to this location. Why even bother having a taco bell if you can’t keep it supplied? It would be understandable if it was occasional, but it is every time. One time it’s chicken for a taco. Next time it’s lettuce. Next time it will be sauce. I’m so done with this incompetence

Again I went in and ordered a bean burrito, because they got it wrong the last time no red sauce or cheese, the same thing again I got one bite with some red sauce, I thought the sauce and beans were mixed prior, but there was not enough sauce and there was only cheese at the end of the burrito and of course no sour cream it looks like there was a touch of sour cream on the wrapper and maybe a very small portion at the very last bite if I would’ve eaten it all, but I asked for double sour cream that means to put sour cream and red sauce all the way through the burrito today is November 17, 2025 at 3:30. You should say he was making the burritos and teach them better, please.

Nice location! The inside is smaller than a regular Taco Bell but the inside was nice. The staff is friendly. The food was fresh/hot. Crunchy tacos, fresh lettuce, tender chicken etc.

Drive thru. Food and service were excellent. My wife’s comments about the Mexican Pizza: “Wow, this thing is cheesy.” “I’m not used to getting something like the old days.” “Someone from the 80’s must have come in and shown them how to make it.”. Yes, she was impressed.
My crunch wrap was also prepared well and tasted great.

Today. I pulled up to the drive-thru and the lady starts mumbling like she’s talking underwater. I’m saying, “What?” and making her repeat herself, and then she has the nerve to tell me they’re having problems with their drive-thru and I need to come inside. LIKE?? Make that make sense. If y’all KNOW it’s broken, why even make me sit here talking to static like an idiot? I’m sitting there, car in drive, holding up the line, and now I’m supposed to park, get out, and go inside because THEY can’t get their speaker to work? Put a sign on your drive thru “speaker broken, come inside” what’s the point of having a drive thru if you gonna tell me to come inside?! I’m mad as hell.

I like Taco Bell, but they have become very stingy with their meat and cheese. Taco Casa stuffs their tacos with meat, cheese and lettuce. If Taco Bell will add more meat and cheese they will have happy customer in my opinion.
