I left a review 5 years ago about this red head lady, I believe her name is Mariposa. She is still working here, miserable & rude till this day. However, today is about Jani. I come here almost every single day & today was my first time seeing her. She has a NASTY attitude. Apparently it’s “policy” not to take a $100 bill because she could get in “trouble”. She continued to count small bills after I asked for my $100 back since the man behind me offered to give me change. I had to ask MULTIPLE times for her to give me my money back. Rolling her eyes, counting hella slow, making things harder than what it needs to be. Everyone else in there is kind, not everyone speak/greets you but at least they’re not RUDE & they know my order by heart. I need to learn everyone’s name. Jani, do better & fix your attitude.

I want my $16 back ._. The matcha latte I ordered is undrinkable. The first sip I took was one big mouthful of matcha powder. The girl behind the counter had a mask on and just turned her head to cough. Disgusting. I’m too busy today to throw this garbage in the trash and go somewhere else. Glad it’s also undrinkable.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been To! The servers ( 2 guys) were rude as well as speaking to each other in a different language. I ordered iced brown sugar & oat milk, it was 3/4 ice, 5 straw sips it was empty.

Drinks: wonderful and made correctly
Customer service was kind, and empathetic especially to my son when he accidentally dropped one of our drinks. You don’t come across that too often -nonetheless towards a pre-teen. **Please enter this establishment with a smile or at least an okay attitude (even if it’s before you’ve had your 1st cup of coffee)**

Rude baristas.
The app showed that the food was ready l. I went but couldn’t find my order. The barista was chatting with his friends. I stood there for like ten minutes they did not even ask did you need something? I had to interrupt with the barista and his friends conversation to know that my food wasn’t ready and I had to wait for another ten minutes.
