New owners took this over a year or so back, and they’re starting to figure out what it’s going to take to keep the place the local institution that it was in the past. The menu has gotten better, they’ve added coffee service in the mornings… It’s good to see. They have also raised the prices, not a huge surprise there, but they need to be a little careful. Definitely worth a visit on a hot summer day

Incredibly disappointing! Went by and got a cup of ice cream- 2 scoops and a cup- 3 scoops. First of all it came to $22. Secondly the scoops were pitiful. I think they were using a tablespoon as their scoop. Wet will never go back. 2 cups of ice cream should never cost $22. You, the owners, should be ashamed of yourself. We used to always go to you- about 2 years ago. We will never come back and I will certainly tell friends who ask about where to go, to not waste their time or money.

So many ice cream choices, lots of topping choices, great food choices. Can even get chow chow to go with my sausage dog or cheeseburger. Can get chicken salad on a croissant. Plenty of drink choices. The owner gave my son dinosaur sprinkles on his cone and it made his whole day. Will definitely be back!!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. The older woman working was quite unpleasant.
When I was placing my order, she abruptly cut me off before I could finish, stating, “NO.” I was confused, and she then clarified that the soft-serve machine was not working. I asked if regular ice cream was an option, and she confirmed it was.
However, when I received my order, it was completely incorrect. I had asked for chocolate ice cream with chocolate sprinkles, but I was given a vanilla cone with rainbow sprinkles. When I politely pointed out the mistake, saying, “I’m sorry, I asked for chocolate,” she gave me a very rude look and attitude and closed her window to fix the order. She gave me a new cone which was still the wrong order.
How hard is it to make an ice cream?
Given this experience, I will not be returning.

We had a very disappointing experience at this ice cream shop. When it was time to pay, we tried to use a card that was declined by our bank because we were in a different state where the bank doesn’t normally operate. We politely explained the situation and asked to split the payment between two different cards.
Unfortunately, the cashier didn’t seem to know how to use their system and treated us with a very rude attitude, as if we were trying to do something wrong or dishonest. Instead of offering help or showing basic professionalism, we were made to feel uncomfortable and judged.
It’s a shame because good customer service is essential, especially when it’s just a simple technical issue. We won’t be returning and do not recommend this place based on how we were treated.

Drove from Spartanbuger SC for the ice cream. We have fond memories of this place, from the past. The girls were really nice but the food, well not so much. The burger’s meat was more like a turkey burger. The ice cream was more like ice milk. I ordered a hot fuge sundae with wet walnuts and got mainly whip cream and no nuts.
