We wanted to try a new spot for pizza and Caraglios didn’t disappoint. The pizza was well cooked , lots of fresh toppings and any CUP & CHAR Pepperoni. Highly recommend the pink sauce on your pie. Also the wings were great , asked for extra crispy and these came out perfect, meaty and were still crispy once I got home. They have an interesting Buffalo sauce . Only 2 critique is to ask for a well done pizza because they only have a conveyor pizza oven and not a brick oven and to sauce the wings a little more . With all of the specials they have and the quality definitely make Caraglios a must try you won’t be disappointed

My favorite pizza place in Rochester. I think everyone knows me by name with how often I am stopping by. Sometimes I travel all the way from North Chili with other Caraglios closer but the trip is worth it because there’s something about this particular location that does it for me. The sauce is amazing. The cup char pepperoni are my favorite and their dough is so good! The pizza is consistently great and their staff is even better. Bill the manager does a great job with this location. Give them a try you won’t regret it

I cannot recommend this place enough. We had a bit of a ‘family emergency’ with the rain and hungry kids, and Adrian (the manager) went above and beyond to help us out. He handled a hectic situation with total grace and kindness. Great food, but even better people. Thanks again, Adrian!

I hate to give a 2 star review because our first experience was great. I understand the day before Thanksgiving is a popular day to order out. However, we placed an order at 5:15 once placed it said approximately our order would be delivered by 6:47. It wasn’t, so I called at 7pm. They said my order was ready but they had gotten behind. Maybe I’m wrong but first in first out should be honored.
While all the food was delivered one of the sandwiches had no cheese. The meat kept falling out of the sandwich. If there was cheese there would have been a “glue” to hold everything in place. The food was cold, like it had been sitting for a while.
I would maybe try again to order with the delivery because sometimes we just don’t want to drive to pick up.

My girlfriend and I stopped in quick for the $9 combo meal with two slices and a drink. Quick service, very nice and the pizza was very good! We got pepperoni and country sweet.
